We had a lovely stay at this place. The house is full of charm and history, with little touches like the dolls’ house on the stairs that the kids loved. As fans of Sex Education, we thought it was pretty cool that it’s where Jakub lived, too. The tennis court, hot tuband snooker table were all in great shape and kept us busy. Plus, the location was perfect - loads of things to see and do nearby. Definitely a memorable trip for us!

We found Blistors Farm really quirky. As a family of 6 adults, one 3-year-old and a dog, it was quite the adventure! The facilities were greatand we thoroughly enjoyed the table tennis, snooker and bar football. The games room is such an experience! We made full use of the hot tub, which was heated to perfectionand we really appreciated the extra towels. Our dog absolutely LOVED the enclosed field! We all had a fantastic weekend and would definitely recommend it for a getaway packed with traditional family fun activities!

We can't recommend this property enough! We often book cottagesand this one's definitely among our favourites. It’s super clean and comfortable. We had a lovely chat with the owner a couple of days before our arrivaland she was so warm, friendlyand accommodating, which carried on throughout our stay. The cottage had a lovely feel to itand the facilities were great. Don't miss out on the Miners Arms in Whitecroft; it's a fantastic pub with an awesome atmosphere and amazing pies. The whole area is really friendly. An absolute must-see!

We found the house to be lovely, secureand well equipped in a great location. Louise really went out of her way to ensure our stay was as good as it could be. The quality of the equipment, pots, pansand even the mattresses was great! All the sports equipment supplied made our stay even better. Plus, there were spare toilet rolls, kitchen wipesand bin bags, which was a nice touch. If you have dogs, this place is perfect for you, with a secure dogs only field! We highly recommend it.

Puzzlewood is a somewhat unique attraction within the beautiful Forest of Dean. Visitors can explore the mile of pathways passing over wooden bridges and through some stunning tree and rock formations. The maze of pathways are quite enchanting and the site has recently been used as a location for the BBC1 production of Merlin. While enjoying the splendour of nature there are many types of wildlife to meet along the way including Shetland ponies, Donkeys and Highland Cattle. A Hocus Pokus Halloween event takes place from the 24th to the 31st of October.
Bristol Aquarium - BS1 5TT

The Blue Reef Aquarium and IMAX 3D Cinema is located in Bristol and makes a great fun family day out.  The newest attraction in the region it's an experience not to be missed.  More than 7000 animals are resident in naturally themed habitats and you can enjoy wandering around looking at the 40 displays. Highlights include the giant octopus and the cute seahorses. The IMAX 3D cinema system is fantastic - you will feel like you are swimming along with the animals.
Lama Trekking at Old king Street Farm - NP16 6AA

Lamas are gentle, affectionate and unique animals and Lama Trekking is fast becoming a popular family attraction. At Old king Street Farm you can spend the day with the charming creatures and enjoy feeding them, grooming them and having a stroll through the woodland. Lamas are not ridden but they can carry all the picnic essentials including tables and chairs! Lama Treks around the stunning Black Mountains are also available.

This wonderful attraction in Gloucestershire will appeal to animal lovers as you will have the chance to see the fantastic work going on and meet the rescued horses, ponies and donkeys.  This place is funded entirely through public donations and they rely on these vital funds.  Kids will love the play barn and straw den where they can run off some energy.  New for 2010 is the Aerial Runway with Jungle Climber.
