The Hay Loft Reviews

Baljit
High quality , clean, spacious lodge in superb surroundings, and very comfortable throughout. The hot tub was used extensively to relax. Lovely garden patio and the fire pit was a bonus. Owners provided wood for the fire which was extremely considerate. Good location and easy to get to nearby towns. Lack of a window and natural light in bedroom, stopped us from giving this 1010.
The owner has obviously put a lot of thought and care into this holiday cottage. The cottage was spotlessly clean, there are some lovely touches throughout and nothing was too much trouble. The hot tub was well maintained and it's all set in a peaceful and tranquil setting. The nearby town of bridgnorth is picturesque and lots of nice places to eat and drink. The Shakespeare pub was a favourite of ours. The Black Country Living Museum and the Safari drive are worth a visit as is the town of Shrewsbury. The cottage had sky TV and all modern streaming apps and the bed was super comfortable. It was an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Thank you.

We had a fantastic week staying in this gorgeous cottage. It is spacious, beautifully designed and equipped with absolutely everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The views of the surrounding countryside are breathtaking, a very peaceful haven after a day of exploring. The Hay Loft is adjoined to the owner's property however they are in no way imposing, they are very friendly, welcoming and happy to help. There is also a privacy fence so you don't feel on view when sat outside or in the hot tub. The hot tub was a very welcoming extra & well maintained. There are many walks in the area & lots of great pubs & restaurants to choose from. Bridgnorth itself is lovely, we particularly loved the Fat Olive Tapas, the food was amazing! We would definitely recommend & would return again in the future!

Our stay at The Hay Loft was a lovely relaxing break. The Hay Loft is set in a peaceful Nature reserve with lovely amenities, especially the hot tub.The owners are a lovely couple, nothing was too much trouble if you needed anything. There are some nice towns and villages to visit, also a safari park 25 mins away. We are looking forward to returning soon.
Absolutely amazing. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. Beautiful views, beautiful venue, amazing hosts. We went for my girlfriends 40th and we spent a couple of drinks with the hosts and they were fantastic. We had such a laugh with them and were made to feel at home the whole time. You can drive and park in town easily or get an Uber for under 10. There are plenty of amazing pubs, the green house cocktails are a must. Honestly book here straight away. Perfect break away from home
