Park up outside this welcoming property, with a picket fence surrounding this neatly bricked abode. Upon entering this single-storey abode, you will be greeted by a spacious open-plan area, where you can unwind after a day of exploration.

The sitting area is bright with skylights, brick accents and homely furnishings making this a great space to unwind and flick on the Smart TV in the evenings, whilst the dining room, with seating for four, provides a sociable space for meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.

The property boasts two well-appointed bedrooms; a king-size room with a view out to the Breidden Hills, a patio door leading outside to fully embrace the surroundings, charming beams and a brick accent wall. This room also benefits from an en-suite shower and a seat in front of the patio doors if you want to enjoy the views with the warmth of a blanket.

The second bedroom is a twin room, ideal for children or friends sharing. There is also a separate shower room, ensuring there is plenty of space for everyone to prepare for their day.

Outside, you will find an enclosed garden with a patio and lawn, complete with furniture for alfresco dining. The hot tub is the cherry on top, providing a splendid spot to relax and soak up the serene surroundings.

Locally renowned for the Sheep Steeple chasing and daily goat races this is a really unique family attraction that the kids will love.  You can really get hands on with the farm animals with the animal handling sessions and you can have a go at teaching the parrots to talk!  The crazy craft cabin will keep even the most creative entertained with pottery and painting amongst other things. When you are in need of a rest head for the The Hungry Shepherd Tea Room where you can enjoy a bite to eat and children can burn even more energy in the indoor play area.
