Queens Court House Reviews

Jean
Hot tub unusable for first 3 days, one of the main reasons we booked this is because of the hot tub. A lack of basic facilities ie oven glove, toilet rolls and some where to hang towels in bathrooms. The view is amazing but owner doesnt read reviews as has not acted on anty of them
Lorraine
Lovely house with spectacular views. Very convenient for local shops and Metro station. The owner responded quickly to a plumbing problem and was very nice.
Karen
Modern, clean place. Excellent location with great views out to sea.
Yvonne
You are paying for the fantastic views but the house is a bit underwhelming. The guestbook comments often refer to lack of attention to detail and we would agree with this. We also found the back garden had a lot of rubbish in it and looked like it hadnt been cleaned for a while. We had some initial issues with neighbours blocking the parking spaceRead mores but they did stop doing this after we spoke to them. Beautiful views and a good location though. Hide
Jenine
Brilliant stay and location. I will definitely be back to stay here agen !
Rachel
Lovely property for a family getaway. Well equipped. Stunning views out to sea with binoculars provided. Comfortable and warm house. Ideal area with a lot to do whatever the weather. Great amenities. Good beach walks.
Mark
This is beautiful 4-bedroomed house, right on the seafront in Whitley Bay, was a pleasure to stay in. It has amazing views, a great location, good levels of equipment and a hot tub! Our family of 7 had a fabulous week in January and would love to go back one day.
Victoria
Modern, property - perfect location and views
Alan
A good dog friendly house in a fab location with room for eight and easy parking. Loved the kitchen/diner. Good base to travel to Newcastle, Tynemouth, and the beaches are amazing. But the house does need some extra things to make it better, all of which we noted in the comments book. Broken items should be replaced promptly and some extra items woRead moreuld make it a four or five star stay. The little things did add up but they didnt deter us from having a great time with friends. Hide

Clean and tidy in a first class location, modern living with a great kitchen and comfy beds.

We really enjoyed our stay - perfect location. Great to have a parking spot. Dont let the being on the street put you off. Views of the seas just wonderful to wake up to and enjoy with a hot cuppa in the living room.
Adele
Fantastic location, property on the surface is well presented and surface clean, however, disappointing that there was a broken dining chair, tap, toilet seat, kitchen bin. Had to unblock shower drain, as it wouldnt drain. Lacked kitchen equipment, cupboards were dirty fully of crumbs, old carrier bags. Fantastic hot tub but nowhere to dry towels aRead morend swim wear. We left a day early were contacted by housekeeper as they didnt have alarm code. How did they know wed gone early? A ring doorbell! Hide

Stunning location with amazing views. We saw dolphins twice while we were there, The light house is definitely worth a visit to see the seals . Great holiday
Jennifer
The property is in the best location overlooking the beautiful beach and popular promenade at Whitley Bay. Perfectly located for many bars, restaurants, cafes and the town, with a dog friendly beach when staying May to September, 15 mins walk away. Excellent views from the living room, which has very comfortable sofas; kitchen has most things youd need for a short stay. There were some issues with the hot tub and bins, but these were sorted after a few days, and unlikely to happen again.
Emma
An absolutely beautiful spot and house with space and sea views. Lovely and modern. Whitley Bay and all around are fantastic for a staycation. Lots of fantastic places to eat and drink nearby. Our Labrador had the best few days of his life - dog heaven on the beach and watching dogs go by from the lovely long and low windows so he could easily see out! Great to have a parking space too.
Louise
Lovely find, we enjoyed as a family of 5 and our little dog. Hard to park the second car on two occasions as the other space filled so ended up parking on a nearby street but no bother.
Michelle
Stunning views, great location and well fitted out.
Laura
This is a gorgeous house, well equipped with beautiful views. The location is spot on for the sea and town
Melissa
Amazing house would stay again a little bit on the expensive side but worth it, double beds are more like small doubles all in all a lovely place and great location would recommend
Patrick
Very clean - great location looking straight at the sea
Jayne
Amazing accomadation with fantastic views and could park up the car and enjoy the walks along the beaches and take in the beauty of Whitley Bay
Jack
An excellent new property ideally positioned opposite the wide promenade and close to all amenities, we found the house comfortable and the enclosed rear garden with hot tub ideal with all the family. Kitchen and dining area well equipped so much we spent our indoor time here not needing to use the upstairs lounge. Whitley Bay has excellent promena de and links walking especially for dog walking and biking as its all on the level, along to St Marys lighthouse or to Cullercoats & Tynemouth .
John

Came across this little gem after another holiday booking was cancelled a week before our holiday and glad we did. The view from the property was stunning and getting to watch the sunset in the evening was out of this world, There was 6 people staying in the property and wasnt crowded at all. We visit the area every year and will definitely be retu rning.
Ben
This property is amazing. Waking up to a view over the sea was wonderful. We slept 7 people here and it never felt cramped. Also lots of great bars restaurants in the area. Owner Graham was very responsive to any contact we made with him.
Darren
Beautiful house in a fantastic location directly on the sea front and a short walk to the beach. Both us and the dogs thoroughly enjoyed it. Very well appointed with all mod cons. The kitchen has everything you could need and is a great family area with the large dining table. Spent many hours sitting looking out over the sea.
Margaret
We The Potter Family had an absolutely wonderful week at Queens Court at the beginning of April. We were fortunate with the weather and therefore had spectacular views. The Bosch Tassimo Coffee Machine went down a treat. The underfloor heating was appreciated. Everything required to make out holiday relaxing was available. Would certainly recommend Queens Court . Our family consisted of 4 adults 2 teenagers and Skye the our dog.
