Dove cottage is an excellent, cosy spot to explore the far end of the Cornish countryside and coastal region. Made welcome after our drive, which took longer because of traffic. We stayed in Dove Cottage which had everything you needed for a relaxing week away. Hot tub was a bonus. Paradise Park first opened its doors in Cornwall in 1973 and has been one of the regions top attractions ever since. What was once just a tropical bird garden is now a refuge for many different species of animal and aims to be educational as well as fun for its visitors. The inhabitants include some typical UK creatures including Otters, and Red Squirrels as well as some more unusual and rare animals including Red Pandas. Younger children will enjoy meeting the friendly animals in the farm area. The site has recently been extended and now also has a fantastic Jungle Barn where kids can let of steam.
