Fantastic holiday accommodation

This fabulous barn conversion, has everything. Views of the sea, superbly decorated, with beds to sink into, lots of space and a beautiful chill out area. We loved the jacuzzi and the provision of bikes and paddle boards. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. I would not hesitate in recommending to anyone..top notch

A fabulous setting in beautiful St Just

We were so lucky and had a last minute family break in July for a week and loved every minute! What a luxurious setting the highlight was watching the sunset from the loft and an evening in the hot tub. A great base for visiting the beautiful local beaches. Perfect coastal Break!!

We stayed at this barn for my birthday and my family and I had a wonderful time. The owners were so accommodating. Walks on the doorstep leading us to stunning coastal walks. My husband organised for a beauty massage for me at the barn by local girl Laura. Best ever experience. Pubs so welcoming and so much to explore. Cant wait to come back. Fabulous location with spectacular view of the ocean.

We enjoyed a short break here with 3 generations of our family and we were mightily impressed with the location near Lands End, the accommodation which is faultless - cosy beds, plenty of space for the 8 of us, jacuzzi to enjoy, well thought out kitchen and dining arrangements - plus a spectacular view from the 2nd floor of the setting sun over the ocean. Very relaxing and a wonderful, luxurious escape from city life. Lorna and Harvey were excellent hosts and checked that everything was ok. Cannot wait to go back.

Sad to be leaving this superlative holiday house

By a long way the best holiday accomodation we have ever had. It is very new so everything is pristine, but very homely. There is loads of space for a large party. Sophisticated decor and everything from the location, the decor, the furnishings and right down to the crockery is of high quality. The furnishings and beds are brand new and very comfortable. Lorna, the owner gave us a warm welcome and explained how everything worked. She had provided lots of thoughtful snacks, fruit and toiletries and even bicycles and inflatable paddleboards. We are dog lovers and there was plenty of beautiful countryside to exercise ours. The village of St Just has a small supermarket and several pubs and the town of Penzance is only a short drive away. Sennen Cove is even closer with its beautiful beach and surfing waves. All in all a great base to explore the fantastic Cornish coast and we will definitely choose this house when we come back.

Just returned from a week at See Two Seas. We had a warm welcome from Lorna the moment we arrived. The property lived up to expectations, beautifully furnished with a spacious living/kitchen/dining area and bifold doors opening out to a lovely garden and large outside dining table. Sitting outside with a glass of wine watching the sunset and a million stars was an unforgettable experience. Cape Cornwall is a short walk away and simply perfect for an early morning or evening walk. If you venture a little further you can walk round to the spectacular Crown Mines and Wheal Owls of Paldark fame or head west to see the ?dinosaur eggs?at Porth Nanven Cove and along to Sennen Cove. The mezzanine window gives breathtaking views over the fields and out towards the Scillies, perfect for relaxing if the prospect of a walk down to Cape Cornwall isn?t for you. Wish we were still there!

The property was stunning and beautifully decorated for Christmas with a tree. There were two hampers with fresh produce for us which was a lovely surprise. All of the rooms were better than expected, quality furnishings and fittings throughout. We couldn't use the garden as the weather wasn't good whilst we were there but there was everything you could need

A fantastic holiday home in a beautiful setting. Hosts were very welcoming and extremely helpful and kind.

A fantastic winter break at see two seas. Lorna and Harvey were wonderful hosts. Even had a chance to enjoy the hot tub with no light pollutions sky's. Sennen beach was beautiful with no tourists. Attention to detail and the comfort was beyond our expectations. The fire is amazing! Incredible view of the sea which meant we could stay in and just chill.

It was such a beautiful place the decor and colours were just gorgeous. We loved how each room had its own theme. The weather was wild during our stay but it didnt matter as we were holed up in such a lovely place. Hosts were so helpful, there was a small problem with the bed and it was fixed straight away. We were a family of 5 ranging from 48 to 9 years plus a 3 year old labrador. We have stayed in many cottageslodges with hot tubs over the years in Scotland, Wales and England and this is, by a mile, hands down the best we have ever stayed in. The designer looking interior and the bikes, paddle boards and hot tub clearly show how much thought and effort has gone in to ensuring everyone has a fantastic holiday. The views and walks from the cottage are amazing and you could explore all day long. Tintagel Castle, Lands End and the Jamaica Inn are well worth a visit. We all thoroughly enjoyed our break and would love to return in the future.

Despite the heatbreaking reason for our visit, Lorna & Harvey made everything so much easier. To say they both went above & beyond is an understatement. The property itself is beautitul & extremely well kept! The attention to detail shines through & the views are amazing. The cleanliness is on point and I cannot fault a thing! Having access to the bikes made for an exciting experience taking in the spectacular views. Such a beautiful, stunning property in a truly special location. This is an amazing house . We received a lovely welcome box from Lorna . The owners Lorna and Harvey are so friendly and helpful. The house is incredible, beautifully furnished throughout , lovely bifold doors by the kitchen , a snug upstairs with fab views of the sunset and a lovely garden area with outdoor eating, loungers chairs and a Big Green Egg BBQ . The area is stunning as you are a short walk from Cape Cornwall and the South West Coast path. We love St Just which has useful shops and cafes . A perfect stay.We would definitely recommend this house.

The most beautiful property we have ever stayed in! Cant recommend it enough. The views, the location, the facilities, everything was amazing. Everything we could have wanted was provided and more and we had the best week ever staying here. The sea view is so relaxing to watch from the top floor too!

Location, location, location. ... exceptional property on a working farm run by a lovely family. We shared the week with Storm Noa, which was not ideal but great to look through the picture window and watch the wind and rain lash down. Easy, flat walk into St Just with nice cafes and a handful of pubs and virtually on the coast path so great walking and running our of the front door. Nice little garden area for the toddlerskids, but not used much because of Noa! Great hot tub, which WAS used despite the weather...! This is Cornwall! An excellent, well equipped and beautifully finished house... highly recommended

Fantastic property, just what we wanted. The owners were really friendly to even let us take the kids next door to see the herd of Devon cows also told us about them and the farm. Both the kids and adults really enjoyed it. Highly recommend.

Absolutely excellent property. Every detail has been thought through and it really does make for an excellent relaxing holiday destination. The owners went above and beyond for us, which we are most grateful for. Beautiful and comfortable home in a stunning peaceful location with views over the sea and a different sunset every day. Every amenity provided and the thoughtful hosts ever willing to help you enjoy your stay . St Just is a lovely town with everything you need, lots of places to eat and within walking distance for most. The coastal path is nearby taking only 15 minutes walk to the nearest cove with access to beach at low tide for the able bodied. A wonderful place to stay. We all loved every minute!

What an amazing place to stay! Beautiful barn conversion with everything you need for a relaxing or energetic holiday. Every detail is perfect, from the beautiful decor, the extensive kitchen facilities to the fantastic bathrooms. The hot tub was a great hit, the views and sunsets were breathtaking and whole place is just stunning! There is plenty to do in the area, be it walking or cycling out from the property or jumping in that car and going a bit further afield. See two seas is an amazing place to stay. The barn conversion is finished to a very high standard and the views from the mezzanine are stunning. We stayed with just two other friends, so we had plenty of room but all the rooms are spacious. The welcome pack was way more than we expected and all local produce. Being on the farm was so nice to see the animals everyday and all the owners family are very friendly. It's only a short walk into St Just, so very handy for having meals out in the evening, but we made sure we were back in time to watch the sun sets, which are amazing. Would love to come back and stay again.

See Two Seas is everything described on the internet and more besides. We booked the property for a week as we wanted a brief family holiday with our adult children and their partners. Originally we had planned on eating out but the property is so well appointed and together with the garden and hot tub, we found ourselves cooking and dining in most evenings of our break. St Just a short walk cycle from the house is a delightful small unaffected town with great local food shops and cafe's. The Dog and Rabbit Cafe is splendid with the very best food and coffee. Best local beach for us was Sennen Beach, sandy and easily accessible. We all greatly enjoyed our stay, we thank our hosts for their hospitality, fabulous food pack and use of their spacious and spotless property, and we have no hesitation in recommending it to others young and old as a magnificent location for a great holiday any time of year.

The cottage was divine, beautifully set out and all the mod cons included. Lovely and clean and with the addition of a goodie basket which was gratefully received. Lovely hosts which were on hand if we needed anything clarifying. We utilised the hot tub which was extremely relaxing and a great addition to the cottage. See Two Seas is a beautiful holiday cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and our only grumble is that the week flew by too quickly. West Cornwall is real a hidden gem. Cape Cornwall is particularly breathtaking, and we loved the fact that it was just a stroll away. We loved St Just too, which is a bustling village, and it was great that we could either walk or cycle easily up to the shops or pub! This was our first time enjoying a trip away that far down in Cornwall, the journey usually puts us off! We decided to go for it because the cottage looked so lovely, and we were not disappointed at all. It was lovely to have the bikes, and the hot tub was great fun. It was a shame we didnt get a chance to use the paddle boards, but the conditions just werent right. Our host were very welcoming and we really appreciated the beautiful basket of goodies on our arrival. The welcome email was also really informative and helpful. We definitely will return to See Two Seas at some point in the future. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful cottage as our home for the week!

Our stay at See Two Seas was absolutely perfect! Although we have been to many holiday cottages, this one blew all the others away! It is beautifully decorated with so many considerate touches that made us feel instantly at home but at the same time in a very special place! We had an amazing week. The house was beautifully presented. The jacuzzi was much appreciated by both children and adults. We made full use of the paddle boards. We loved the sound of the cows mooing in the mornings and the sunsets in the evenings were spectacular.

A beautiful house with so many thoughtful extras to help you make the most of your stay. The paddleboards were particularly popular with our children. We found the location was good for day trips out St Ives is a must visit and not as remote as expected. St Just itself caters to most things you would need shop, ice cream parlour, cafe etc and Penzance is an easy drive for the larger supermarkets etc The hosts were welcoming and helpful without being intrusive and the house had just about everything you could need. A full length mirror would be a good addition. The view from the mezzanine is such a treat, especially at sunset on a clear day, and the hot tub makes for a relaxing end to long days out and about. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

See Two Seas is the perfect place to relax and chill. The converted Barn is pure comfort with everything you can wish for and is exceptional in every way. The location is great with many walks right on your doorstep and theres many more just a short drive away, with sea views from the downstairs and the upstairs chill out room we were lucky enough to see some Awesome sunsets. The hot tub was an added bonus and the bikes that are there were used daily. The hosts Lorna and Harvey are helpful and on hand to recommend local places to eat and the local guide pack was filled with interesting places to visit and useful information the farm eggs and the welcome pack for both us and the treats left for our dog were very nice. Definitely worth the 2 year wait after booking pandemic.... and we will return still lots of places left to explore and we want to take our Grandchildren to. Huge thank you to Lorna and Harvey for providing the prefect holiday location for us xx

The only aspect is that the garden is not dog secure so you need to take a dog on a lead if they are likely to run off. Otherwise the owners are lovely and very helpful and the accommodation as hoped.
