Adele
Weve had a brilliant time. The place had everything we needed and were responsive when we had questions. The garden has everything you need and plenty of room for all. The house was very clean and comfortable.
Rachael
This property is great if you dont mind stairs. The first set take you to two bedrooms then a further flight takes to the kitchen and living area and two further bedrooms. Stair gates are on the wooden stairs to stop dogs and kiddies. Good location for the centre of Okehampton but parking is a bit tight for big cars on the front. Would of preferred King size beds as the rooms are very big and could take them. The house has some lovely features just needs a bit of tweaking for me to be perfect.
Neal
Great place to stay and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.
Nicola

Linda
What a gem of a property! We were 7 adults, a 3 year old and a dog and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Extremely clean, we cooked 6 of the 7 evenings we were there and had plenty of utensils. The hot tub was used a lot and someone came to clean it every 2 days. Okehampton itself is very quaint, the nearby park was perfect for the 3 year old an d the dog. The property was well placed for walks and cycling right from the front door. Would recommend to anyone and would love to return one day
Ian
Great Holiday home with loads of space and great jacuzzi/pool table. Okehampton its self like stepping back 30 years and quite remote.
Luke
What a fantastic holiday cottage! There is absolutely everything that you could wish for. The cottage was well equipped. The hot tub was lovely and the pool table was a great addition! Complementary biscuits and Prosecco was a lovely touch.
Katina
The house was lovely and spacious, plenty of games and books to keep you occupied on a rainy day or in the evening. The hot tub under cover was a blessing and a real treat. Sadly the pool table was not usable on our visit. Ideally situated for shops, supermarkets and pubs televising sports. Gorgeous park around the corner, great childrens play area and the park leads onto some stunning trails. We took our dogs and the owners had left some treats for them and for us! A definite winner.
Nick
This property had everything we could possibly want. The pool table and hot tub really added to it. The whole property was spotlessly clean and all of the ensuites were a generous size. The large tvs in the main area and each and every bedroom were certainly a bonus. We would thoroughly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again .
Kirsty
The house was fantastic - we'd definitely recommend! The property was more than big enough to accommodate 6 adults and two dogs without ever feeling like we were on top of one another. We all commented that it was up there as one of the best-equipped holiday homes we have ever stayed in - everything had been thought of. The location is fantastic, n ot too far from the motorway but away from any hustle and bustle. Meldon reservoir is a short drive away and makes for a beautiful walk.
Geraldine
Our very first Christmas Family Holiday was made perfect by this beautiful, comfortable, clean, festively decorated home. It was well equipped, warm and spacious. There were plenty of games, books , a pool table and the hot tub was a favourite place everyday! It was close to local shops, a beautiful park and central to various beaches and the moor. We would Highly recommend to anyone wanting a family getaway. Expensive but you get what you pay for .

Kate
The house was beautifully decorated. All rooms were lovely with such comfortable beds. The kitchen was so well equipped. The hot tub was lovely and the out side seating area was great as it was all undercover so useable all year round. Pool table was great and a huge dining table we could all sit at for a Sunday roast. Great location as a short dis tance into town and ample parking. Could t ask for anything more it was all perfect.
Jayne
Nice, well presented cottage with open plan loving area. Pool table and hot tub were very well used.

Kingswood property is absolutely beautiful. The house is fully equipped with everything you could ever imagine. The house is absolutely spotless. The lady named Monica who maintained the property lives next door is always on hand if needed nothing is to much trouble. Her kindness really does shine through. Oakhampton itself has all the essential shops that are needed, including 3 supermarkets. To go to the beach and bigger shopping outlets you do have to travel about 40 mins. It's Fab x
