Lovely location and very well equipped with high end products. Stairs are extremely steep and deep so would be an accessibility issue for some people. Is on busy road but once inside it's quiet. WiFi drops out frequently so may not be reliable for some.

Lovely property, good location with easy access to local attractions & beaches. The hot tub is a real hit and was used every day. The garden is dog friendly and secure, our escape artist dogs did not find a way out. Super king bed comfortable and we slept very well. Shower fitted with a rainfall shower which was very good.

Just returned from a lovely week at the annex with our two springers & son. We found the cottage to be perfect for our needs. Private enclosed garden with hot tub. Well equipped . Even down to hand soap. Dish clothes and tea towels. The washing machine is a bonus. The local Tesco is only 3 mins drive and is large & well stocked. The beaches are onl y a few min drive away and if you are into sports book the quad bikes via the cottage and receive 25% off. My men when twice!! Yes we will return

Fantastic! From walking into a fabulous welcome tray of goodies which was much appreciated the property was clean, cosy and like home from home. Great location just a short drive from ilfracombe plus tesco down the road for those essentials we throughly enjoyed our stay. The owners of the property were on hand quickly if we needed to check anything and nothing was too much trouble. We are hoping to return next summer and definitely recommend this property for a relaxed stress free holiday.

We stayed for a week at the end of July 2023 at the Butterfly Annexe, what an amazing place to stay, although the weather was not great a couple of days, the hot tub allowed us to still enjoy ourselves. The welcome gifts were amazing, and very thoughtful of the owners. The location is very close to both Ilfracombe and Woolacombe, so there is lots t o do within the vicinity. Our dog loved the garden, and going to the beach, so the outdoor hose was ideal for cleaning him down after his days out.

Very modern cottage, clean and tidy throughout ,lovely views from the upstairs windows , plenty of wardrobe space ,the beds were the best weve slept in really comfortable , Supermarket only 5 minutes drive away good location for places like Ilfracombe, Lynmouth ,Westwood Ho , and if into walking or cycling its ideal we used the Tarka Trail with bik es nice flat tarmac surface between Meeth & Braunton only crossing small roads in a few places brilliant for young children and coffee shops a plenty

What an amazing place to stay. We stayed here for a weekend to celebrate my friends birthday, when we arrived the owners had left a birthday cake and a bottle of wine which was an unexpected but lovely gesture, the personal touch really added to the weekend. The annexe is super cosey and finished to a very high standard with everything you need and it was extremely clean. Great location, we walked into Ilfracombe, part of it was along the road which wasn't too busy. I would definitely stay again

The park is home to the worlds only full size animatronic Tyrannosaurus Rex as well as Lions, Wolves, Sea Lions, Meerkats and many other species, Top attractions include the amazing Sea Lion Shows, Falconry Display and Sea Lion Swims.

Exmoor Zoo is described as a "family zoo" on their website and it certainly makes a great day out for families. There are many exotic and rare animals as well as birds to see which are living in natural surroundings. Some recent improvements at the zoo include a new 5 metre tower at the cheetahs and raised walkways at the "beast". There is also a new viewing platform over the sitatunga. As well as the amazing animals to experience there are regular fun activities such as face painting, daily events and zoo trails.
