Fabulous cottage, with lovely hot tub, spacious and clean. Ideally situated for Woolacombe and ilfracombe. High end equipment but the coffee machine is a filter coffee machine not a pod machine which I should have checked and there are no curtains in the lounge, although behind a hedge it meant tractor and the Lorry drivers could see in! Fabulous holiday home with an amazing bed - a perfect night's sleep. Both the owner and housekeeper were very attentive. Won't recommend for fear of it being fully booked!!!! Simply can't wait to return.

The Retreat was a very well equipped and comfortable home from home, and we had a lovely weeks stay with our Mollie-dog. It is well positioned to explore the north Devon coast and countryside. The hot tub was a lovely treat, as was sitting in the sunshine on the balcony both for breakfast and dinner. We highly recommend Miss Feas in Mortehoe for di nner if eating out!
Paul
