Butcombe Farm House Reviews

We could not have been happier. Fabulous house with everything we needed. Rebecca was the most helpful host and really went out of her way to make sure we were so well looked after. Highly recommended.
We had such a fantastic stay at Butcombe Farm celebrating a special occasion with family and friends. Becky was very helpful and all that were in an around the farm were so lovely and accommodating. Facilities were great and the whole set up was just perfect. We visited Aldwick Estate for a vineyard tour which is a 10 minute walk up the road and would highly recommend it! Just a perfect time and couldnt be happier, thank you so much to all involved
Just back from an amazing family holiday, it couldnt have been any better. Great hosts.
Oh my gosh what a fabulous weekend we had at the farmhouse! The beds were comfy, the house was warm, the take away was delicious and the local pub was great. Would recommend this house to anyone wanting time away with a large group, there were 22 of us! Loved it. Thanks to Becky for her hospitality
Great accommodation and facilities. Our one comment would be to remove the washing machine and add in an extra dishwasher in the kitchen as there is access to a seperate washing machine.

We had an amazing time at Butcombe Farm. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Hot tubs and pool were in constant use by everyone.View from hot tubs was fantastic. The house was amazing, with all rooms very spacious and beds were very comfortable. A return visit is definitely on our wish list.
Had amazing time, bedrooms were big and comfortable, excellent facilities with pool so fun for kids and 2 new Jacuzzi tubs so fun for adults, had icemaker that was useful for hot weather. Only if there were fans provided then it would have been perfect.

19 of us staying for my daughters hen do,we all had an excellent time,The Farmhouse was just perfect for us all with wonderful facilities, the pool and hot tubs were well used and the weather was perfect. .only comment to add would be a long handled broom and more larger dishesplatters for serving larger groups and more tea towels..we will definitely be back and thanks to Becky who was on hand if we needed anything
We had an absolutely fantastic stay! There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for us all to be comfortable, and lots of places to sit and relax. We loved the hot tubs! The farmhouse really helped me celebrate my birthday in style, thank you so much!

We were a family from 2 years to 14 and found there were ample cots, high chairs, we loved the hot tubs even in mid winter. The older children loved the piano although our son who plays said it needed tuning! The location and range of facilities including car parking near the property for unloading were all good. We walked to the reservoir nearby and could have done with a map to cut across the fields, there may have been a map and instructions there but we didnt find them may be because we were only there for the weekend. Only recommendations we would make were a few more larger serving dishes & bowls for the table as were 18 people.
We had a super time at Butcombe! It is an amazing house with plenty of space for everyone to spread out it. The house was spotlessly clean with great cooking facilities. The pool and jacuzzis were brilliant and the location was perfect for a walk down for an evening vineyard tour and tasting at Aldwick Estate. Nice walks nearby too! Thanks so much to Becky and the team.
It was a beautiful old farmhouse in an idilic setting. Great facilities with everything you needed for a perfect holiday. The manager was helpful and met the family on arrival and departure. We had her mobile number incase of any problems. We would love to go back there and would recommend it to friends and family.
I believe we were the first guests of the year. The farm house was lovely, really old charm, full of character mind your head in some places!. Pool area was great, and private, hot tubs in the evening had a wonderful view across the valley. Slightly remote from everything, the nearest pub only opened in the evening, and still a 30 minute walk away. The manager and maintenance man couldnt have been more helpful or welcoming A really enjoyable week Many thanks
Amazing house, totally kitted out with everything you could need. We had 19 adults a 3 babies and couldnt have wanted anything more. We received a really warm welcome, really clear guidance etc. The house was spotless. We had a thoroughly good weekend, just brilliant!!
