What a lovely, well thought out characteristic property. Beautiful setting, beautiful surrounding walks and friendly, helpful owner. Good pub lunch recommendations. We stayed as a large multi generational family with elderly grandparents and 2 young children. Good sized bedrooms, good showers, good facilities. Stair gates were really helpful for us and a plenty. Weather was ok for us but would be amazing in the sunshine. Would like to move in! We really all had a wonderful stay. Thank you!
Jennifer

Sophie
We stayed in this beautiful house as a group of couples and had a really wonderful time. The bedrooms were immaculate, the beds very comfy and it suited us perfectly that each room had its own ensuite. We loved the living and dining areas to socialise in and had everything we need to cook for the nine of us in the kitchen. The outside space is fant astic even in the winter. We used the hot tub and walked up to see the stag on the hill, and are already talking about coming back. Thanks so much!
Josie
Lovely cosy holiday home, beautiful surroundings and attentive hosts! Very comfy beds too! A great place for four generations to holiday together
Kevin
The cottage is the stuff of dreams. When you walk in, you are welcomed with two bottles of Prosecco and milk. Each room offers each person a little gift which I will not reveal to potential vacationers. The host, Hayley, is extremely attentive to detail and is a wonderful host. We will be recommending this holiday to our friends in Hong Kong and el sewhere. If you enjoy outdoor activities such as golf, walks, alfresco dining, hot tubs etc, then this is the place for you and friends.
Mikila
Beautiful, just perfect.
Matthew
My group of three couples are all old friends and each year we book a cottage for a week at the beginning of December for a pre christmas break before we are all descended on by families. We have pretty specific requirements; ensuit bedrooms, a log burner and seating in lounge for all couples. A good kitchen as we all like to cook for each other. A spa and most of all a great location which is dog friendly. The Lazy Sheep has it all. I think we will be back!
Andrea
A fantastic accomodation for a multi generation family gathering. Everyone had a great time. Would definitely return to this property.
Davina

This beautifully renovated barn is the perfect getaway for both families and groups of friends. The quality furnishings, attention to detail and the little extras left by the owners are firs class, down to a decanter of white port in the bedrooms. The situation is peaceful and remote, we loved the views from the barn and the verandah and enjoyed wa lking around the 60 acre site. We are a group of five couples who go away together annually, we all agreed The Lazy Sheep barn was our favourite.
