Had a fantastic long weekend for my 70th. Glamping Lodge was lovely had everything we needed and was lovely and cozy with log burner. Owner was very friendly and funny, a lovely guy. Would recommend this holiday for anyone who fancies something a bit different.
Suzanne

We had the best time! Owner is 5 star, very accommodating and generous. The lodge was all that we imagined and very comfortable. Everything you need is provided. We are a family of 6 and we were all very comfortable and the kids felt at home. We will definitely visit again ! Excellent location !
Becky
We absolutely loved our time in Dove lodge. The weather was also fantastic which helped. But even still, the children were able to run free in the field, make friends and play games with the children in the neighbouring lodges. The lodge had all items we needed and the hot tub was an added luxury. We recommend lighting the hot tub straight away as it can take several hours to warm up, but its well worth the wait!! We walked along the path to the canal and local village which was lovely too.
Frances
Dove Lodge at Gilestone Farm is an amazing glamping experience. We are a family of 5 with a 10, 8 and 2 year old. We found the tent to be absolutely spotless and it had everything we needed. It was incredibly cosy and welcoming. Even though we had some wild weather nights (very windy & rainy), we still had a fantastic time. The wood burning stove w arms the tent beautifully and it was so toasty! The owners were so friendly and welcoming. We plan to return next year (hopefully when it is sunny!)
Lisa
Brilliant location, great property - very relaxed break with family
Sharon
Absolutely loved the location and the safari tent. Charles, the owner was very pleasant and gave us lots of information on surrounding area. He was also extremely helpful when we couldnt get our wood-fired hot tub warm enough, and gave us the use of an electric one in one of the lodges that had just been vacated.
Helen
Fab pub serving homemade food (The Star) which is 10 min walk up the towpath. Very quiet and relaxing and great just to chill out. Fire pit great for BBQs and all wood and equipment provided for lovely al fresco dining. Nice that Charles just leaves you to it
Matthew
Tents really comfortable and well equipped.

We absolutely loved our short stay at Dove Lodge. Everything was perfect. The safari tent was clean, the cooking facilities were great as were the comfortable beds! The shower was instantly hot and really well maintained. We used the log burner every night and it soon took away the chill inside the tent. The location is brilliant for exploring the Brecon Beacons. We will definitely return.
Gavin
Great place to chill
Evelyn
We had a fantastic time, very peaceful and well eqipped tent. Charles was a very friendly and welcoming host with great local knowledge and advice. The hot tub was fab and the village is only a short walk away on the canal, with a shop, cafe and 2 pubs.
