The cottage has a home form home feel, with everything you need for a relaxing self catering holiday. The owners live opposite, but are in-obtrusive, friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hot tub is a welcome addition to the property, and is private. Fresh eggs down the lane and pub within 5mins Wheelwright Arms serves lovely food at reasonable prices and The Old barn at 3cocks is great 15 mins away and good Indian restaurant or takeaway in Builth Plenty of places to walk off the meals and lovely cake from Annette. You will f ind many walks and plenty to keep you busy and have to come back to do all the bits you missed Absolutely wonderful week

The property was very spacious and warm. Hot tub great but steps dangerous, not secured and hard surface if you fall. Bedrooms were large and bright. Location was good with riverside walk close at hand. However a big problem with constant barking dogs and close proximity to a busy road. A great shame that the owners didn't come over to introduce th emselves and there were no little extras ( eg cake which some guests had in the past) which would have been a nice touch to make us feel welcome.
