We had such a lovely stay at this charming cottage! The location is perfect for exploring local shops, townsand enjoying scenic walks - we especially loved wandering across Helen and Ian’s land. Packing wellies is a must, thanks to the muddy paths, but it’s all part of the fun. The garden is a real highlight, a peaceful spot to unwindand the hot tub in the evening with the garden lights is just magical. It’s great that this place is pet-friendly and perfect for families too. We’re definitely coming back!

We stayed at this lovely place and really appreciated how well equipped it was. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into making sure everything was perfect for guests. A car is essential to explore nearby spots. We loved visiting Powis Castle & Gardensand the guidebook was super handy. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. Our family of six, plus two dogs, found the lodge to be beautifully decorated and very well equipped. It had all the little touches, like extra toiletries and snacks on arrival, which was such a lovely surprise. All the towels and bedding were fresh and comfy. We especially loved the coffee machine and electric toaster - little details that made our stay special. We’ll definitely be returning, thank you so much!

We had an awesome time at Hope Lodge! Luckily, the weather stayed lovely throughout our week, which was a bonus. The place is super comfy and spacious - plenty of room for the four of us and our dog. The welcome hamper was a nice surpriseand the welcome pack was really handy. Loved the outdoor area, especially the hot tub which we used almost every day. There are loads of walking routes nearby and plenty to explore. Big thanks to Helen and Ian for a fantastic stay-definitely a 10/10 from us!

We had a lovely stay at Hope Lodge. Helen and Ian, the owners, are genuinely warm and friendly without being overbearing. They showed us around, then let us enjoy our time, checking in just enough to organise hot tub water tests and make sure we weren’t disturbed. The lodge is finished to a high standard, with nice little touches that made it feel extra special. We’d definitely love to come back next year for a longer break. Overall, a great experience and we’d recommend it!
