Fantastic location and an absolutely beautiful cottage. The hosts were amazing, had great conversations with the owner about various things around the area, including castles and the Mach loop where the Air Force do low flying manoeuvres and i have to say The owners Lemon drizzle cake was a winner! Hot tub was a definite highlight on the chilly eveRead morenings. you can see the milky way and satellites passing overhead at night as there is no light pollution. The village of Aberdovey is pleasant and the Dovey Inn is great for a pint, lunch and a game of pool! Beach seems to go on forever and there is an abundance of shells to collect. Hike up to the Bearded Lake and the views that meet you there will blow your mind! Hide

Great views in stunning surroundings. Dylan and Fiona are warm, welcoming and lovely people and will definitely be back again and again. We are also thankful for the homemade cake and the free range eggs but mostly for their warm welcome. The animals are lovely to watch and listen to and beautiful walks are literally on your door step. The hot tRead moreub is a nice touch to what is all in all a great place to stay. Our little doggy had the holiday of her lifetime, watching sheep and cows, country walks and beach fun. We all found the tranquillity around the house in Cwm Maethlon/Happy Valley therapeutic. Hide

The cottage was fantastic, welcome pack so thoughtful. Spa amazing, especially the shooting stars! The log fire was so cozy, especially at night. Well stocked crockery and cutlery. Beautiful countryside and comfortable accommodation with all you need for a wonderful holiday. Dylan and Fiona were the most friendliest and welcoming of hosts. A wonderful cottage in an great position, the owners were super friendly, Dylan called nearby daily to feed the sheep and have a chat and Fiona cleaned the hot tub regularly. The cottage has all you need for a great stay, even a home baked cake for us. a short drive to the wonderful beach, with miles of soft sand and dunes. Many walks from the cRead moreottage and a small field for the dogs to run. We will be back!! Hide

We had a fabulous stay in a beautiful, well equipped cottage in a fabulous rural location. Pets are restricted in the cottage to cater for allergy sufferers and that wasnt apparent at time of booking, hence the slightly lower information accuracy score.
Susan
Great location, lovely cottage & very nice owners, always available if needed.
Mehdi
Everything was perfect. The owners were very helpful. We will definitely coming back. Couldn't fault the place.
