Fantastic Barn Conversion. Situated perfectly, close enough to towns and villages with pubs and amenities. Comfy, well laid out, credit to the owners 100% will return

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful converted barn. It was well equipped. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The hot tub was an added bonus. It takes about 2 hours to heat up. Great to relax in and look up at the stars on a clear night! We did have an issue with flies in the kitchen and in a couple of bedrooms towards the end of our stay. A fl y zapper or door screen in the kitchen would help solve this. Thanks for a comfortable stay surrounded by scenic views of the countryside!
Emily
The cottage is absolutely wonderful. It is clean, modern and equipped with everything you need. Our party was 6 adults, 1 toddler and 2 dogs. There was plenty of space for all of us and the layout was ideal. The garden was wonderful with plenty of space for the dogs to run around. The hot tub was great. It does get super warm, but you need to pre-p lan using it as it take around 2 hours to warm up. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. We even got to meet their animals! Thank you!
Mark

Lucy
Barn was lovely. Great space for our group of 6 adults and 2 babies. Good communication from owners. Nice pub within a 20 minute walk (across trails/fields). Secure garden for the dogs. Would recommend and return!
Steve
Chris and Claire were lovely hosts and thought of literally everything within the barn to ensure visitors have everything they could possibly need. The barn its self is modern and extremely well renovated. It was warm considering how open plan and large the barn is which was lovely after a long cold day out. Be sure to ask to see the animals if you have little ones as Chris was more than accommodating to take our little boy around. We really enjoyed our stay here and the location was brilliant.
Frances
Absolutely loved our time at Coton Farm Barn. Beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Great sized secure garden for dogs. Bedrooms are all a really good size and we liked that the bedrooms were at opposite ends of the barn, whilst staying with friends. The hot tub is warmed with a wood burner which took about 4 hours to get it up to a lovely 30 /35 degrees. Theres also an electric car charger at the property (payable separately at a very reasonable overnight charge rate). Will be back!
Samantha
A well presented barn conversion with impressive features inside. A beautiful property and location.
Elizabeth
Beautiful property, had a great holiday. Villa provided everything you needed. Hosts were extremely helpful and on hand should we needed anything.
