Emma Collins
We really enjoyed our stay at this charming cottage. The place was well-stocked and the furniture was comfy, plus the bathroom had a decent shower. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. The gardens were peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Only a couple of downsides: the bedroom window is a Velux that closes automatically, which made it pretty hot and stuffy without ventilation when it rained. Also, the hot tub was great but the nearby chimney was always smoking when the wind was right, which was a bit annoying. Still, we’d happily return!
Emma

James

We had a lovely stay at this place! The cottage had all we needed for a comfy breakand the gardens were beautifully looked after. The hot tub was definitely a highlight! Arriving to the smell of fresh bread and a thoughtful welcome pack was such a nice touch. The hosts were friendly and even lent us camping chairs for a picnic by the beach. Definitely recommend!

The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed for cooking, which was great. The gardens surrounding it were nicely maintained too. The only downside was the noise from the farm - we understood it’s a working farm, but on our last day, there was a lot of grinding and hammering for over two hours, which was quite disruptive. During the first few days, the noise was minimal, but that last morning was a bit much. Still, overall, a nice place to stay!
Emma

Maze Cottage is such a lovely place! The decor is really tasteful and the beds are super comfy. The shower in the en-suite is fantasticand the kitchen has everything you need. We loved relaxing in the outdoor garden with the hot tub after exploring. It’s a peaceful spot, though pretty remote-everything was around 20 minutes away by car. Definitely a great quiet getaway, we’d come back for sure!

We loved the cosy cottage tucked away in such a peaceful spot. It’s quite remote though-about half an hour from shops and eateries, except for The Anvil, which is a must! Great food, good pricesand the staff there are genuinely the nicest we've come across. Definitely worth a visit!
