It was a lovely holiday helped by the weather. The hot tub was amazing and the overall cleanliness of the accommodation was spot on Leaving milk wine biscuits and dog biscuits was a really nice touch Everything was made very easy so we could relax and enjoy our holiday
Mark
Excellent property, excellent location. Very comfortable and clean. Didnt love the 9am check out time but if that is all there is to worry about then can only highly recommend the property. Thank you.
Jonathan
A lovely place to stay in Westward Ho! We enjoyed our time in the house and appreciated the warmth (under-floor heating) and general high-quality of the setup. The outside shower (with hot water!) was equally fantastic for the hot tub as it was for giving the dog a rinse after playing on the beach.
Deborah
What a treat. Spectacular accommodation. Lovely location. Ideal for dogs. The hot tub especially as we had a very sunny but cold week, was a win win. We would definitely book again.
Stephen
Great property - location, specification, cleanliness. The Hot Tub was an excellent feature, especially on the cold evenings!
Kate
Loved our stay at Rock Pools . We stayed over Christmas and the Christmas tree in the lounge was gorgeous. We all loved the house and the hot tub, it was perfect for our stay .
Joanna
Great location. A lovely house which had everything we needed. It was very clean and well equipped.
Joanne
This is a lovely, well appointed house with plenty of room for 4 people. The hot tub is excellent and we were able to make good use of it in between the rain. The house is in a quiet spot with easy access to the beach/shops both on foot and in a car.
TONY
Superb and spotlessly clean house in quiet cul de sac .This is the second year in a row we have stayed there and would not hesitate to stay again.
Chris
A comfortable, clean and well equipped cottage. Having the living space upstairs gives good views of the sea and country park. Access and parking was easy and the location is great as a base for Westward Ho! and the wider area.
Judith
Spent a week with our daughter, son-in-law and 11 week old granddaughter. Nice modern property in excellent location. Master bedroom could accommodate Moses basket but cot would be a No. Twin bedroom very small and other than a tiny built in wardrobe no storage. Excellent location as very quiet. Easy walk to centre of Westward Ho! Golf Club is acce ssible too.
Lynne
Fabulous holiday home . Perfect for a family break. Would recommend to anyone.
Deborah
House is well positioned for the golf club, sea and town. Great to have a hot tub at the end of a day out and garden is secure for a dog.
Dan
The property is lovely. Well designed, decorated & furnished. Nice and local to Westward Ho beach. The hot tub was great to chill out in on the evenings. Would definitely recommend it to friends.
Daniel
Stunning property, very well located and booked at VERY short notice when our original property had issues. Everything about the house was perfect, and clearly a lot of thought has gone into providing everything guests will need. Only issues were the stairs as wife has mobility issues. We knew about this before we booked but it did turn out to be m ore of an issue than we thought it would be. Otherwise perfect and would recommend to others without hesitation.
Brian
What a wonderful cottage very modern clean and welcoming we relaxed the minute we walked through front door. The views made you think were on holiday, the dogs loved the walks on the door step and the hot tub was welcoming after long beach walks.
Sally
Fabulous house! Comfortable, clean and well equipped for a great holiday. Plenty of space and lots of light in a modern setting. The hot tub is a bonus for after long walks. Located a short walk from Westward ho and very close to Northam Burrows which was great for dog walkers and access to the fabulous beach. When the tide is out you can walk for m iles. Appledore is a short drive away. Saunton sands and Woolacombe beach were around 40 minutes away but worth a visit. Definitely coming back!
David
The property is lovely and is only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Westward Ho! The hot tub was a great feature although we couldnt use it all week as there was a problem with it. Our stay was enhanced by superb weather which made the week. The nearby beach is also lovely. The kids had a great time body boarding in the sea! We were pleasantly s urprised how nice the house and area was. Will hopefully be back on day!
Sue
This was a lovely property. It had great views of the beach between the houses and gave us some excellent views of the sunsets. The property has everything you need. The outdoor space is a real suntrap and the hot tub is an added bonus. Although the main road ran behind the property, it did not cause any problems with noise and the whole area was v ery peaceful. Very central for the town and the beach and a great location for the burrows. We loved it and will be returning.
TONY
Superbly presented property within walking distance to the beach. When the weather is kind there is nowhere better than Westward Ho and the north devon coast.
clare
Lovely property, very modern and of a good size. The negatives were that on arrival the slabbed area and hot tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the previous guests stay. Broken bits of balloon, cigarette buts and a scum mark all round the hot tub. We phoned the hot tub company, even though it was bank Holiday weekend a man came out the ne xt morning, apologising and cleaned the hot tub, coming back two hours later to double check all was OK. Brilliant service, but should have been done.
Linda
A lovely clean and tidy house, very comfortable and well appointed position we all had a wonderful time including our dog. So much todo in this area, well worth a visit, although I should imadgen it gets very busy in the school holidays
Susan
Lovely little holiday home, easy walk into Westward Ho and hot tub made it extra special.
Bernard
A lovely appointed house with all modern and quality fitments. Nicely situated with a short flat walk into Westward Ho town
Alison
Uncomfortable bed, chlorine in the hot tub was way too strong it bleached and ruined my swimsuit. We also smelled of bleach after showering. We couldn't get rid of the smell. We informed the property manager who didn't even apologise let alone do anything about it. Great location, house is very nice and clean
Jill
This property is fabulous in every way. We have nothing but positives to say. We loved how modern it was and the hot tub was a real bonus. The close proximity to a spectacular beach was the icing on the cake.
Sue
A very attractive and comfortable modern house with the addition of a hot tub and outside hot shower. The outside shower is perfect for muddy doggies and accessible from the back gate so they dont have to run through the house. Quiet estate which makes for a peaceful break. However we stayed in December so the summer would likely be busier. Easy to get to and there is a Tesco store within walking distance.
Sandra
Lots of lovely walks from your doorstep of this modern property, facilities good and loved the hot tub
Stuart
A fabulous upside down house with great views to the coast. All the facilities you require for a week or more, great location and the bonus of a hot tub. Location is fabulous for long walks across the stunning beach, headland and right next to the North Devon GC. We went to avoid Fireworks and it was super peaceful. Thanks for an amazing holiday ho me
Kim

Country cousins is a good place to go for a meal and next door is slice of life and they do a good breakfast. We can't wait to return for another visit would definitely recommend a stay here
Lisa
Lovely place to stay, all equipment is very good and kept to a high standard. Location was a short walk to any restaurants and bars which wasnt too bad, with two young kids we never went out very late anyway so was ideal for us.
Roger
Modern, well equipped and comfortable property within walking distance of town centre and beaches. Slightly cramped bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor but manageable with great showers and access to the hot tub.
