Cottage was clean and cosy, well equipped and excellent water pressure, shower was excellent. The welcome basket was perhaps the best we have experienced and we have stayed in a fair few cottages ove the years. The garden was a good size with picnic table and a really good barbecue. It was also great to be able to use the adjacent field to let the Read moredog have a good run and play. Owners were really lovely and so helpful and really helped make our holiday. Hide

We had a fabulous week in this quiet, well equipped and comfortable cottage. It feels light and spacious and its a shame weather stopped us using the lovely garden area. Had a lovely short break at this property. It was great to have the extra paddock for the dog to have a burst before heading out for the day. Bed was very comfortable, lovely and warm, nice to have the logs supplied thank you, and always plenty of hot water. The property had everything we needed while we were there and we would return

Wonderful cottage in a beautiful location. We got caught in the snow and the lovely friendly locals and farmers helped us out of the farm lane in their 4x4s and called the local shop to stay open longer so we could get supplies. The cottage itself is warm, comfortable and the addition of a few supplies and treats was fantastic. This cottage is on a working farm on the edge of Exmoor - well located for walks, good for dark sky astronomy using field next to cottage (when not cloudy!) and not too far from the coast. Comfortable.

Nice comfortable cottage. Spotless on arrival with a fresh cake on the table. Log fire perfect for those chilly evenings. The setting was lovely and peaceful and our little boy loved the garden and being able to see the cows from the banks.
