Wow, we cannot recommend this place highly enough. Simply idyllic. A fabulous cottage, beautifully done out, in the most gorgeous location. The private hot tub/dining area with barbecue at the back is just heavenly, totally private, overlooking one of the lakes and so peaceful. Such a lovely spot to unwind at the end of the day. We enjoyed our stay, the house had plenty of kitchen equipment, we asked for the heating to be longer as it had turned quite cold, which Abigail did immediately. The hot tub was great bit slippy on the patio due to the moss, and dark as the outside lights wouldnt work, so you had to tread carefully. A lovely well equipped cottage in a very pretty setting. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a day on the moors. The cottage is on several levels and the stairs to the lower bedroom which gives access to the hot tub are quite steep. We loved watching the rabbits and Guinea fowl feeding outside the living room window. Dogs need to be kept on the lead around the cottage because of the animals but there are good walks up the hill at the back of the cottage.
