A really beautiful property surrounded by rolling hills and countryside. We had a brilliant hen weekend there - the communal areas are amazing for a big group and socialising, kitchen is truly fully kitted out, the bedrooms are very comfortable, all bathrooms are clean and lovely. The barn is very spacious and comfortable with great view across the surrounding fields. A great location for family get-aways with plenty of space for kids to play and run around. We enjoyed Sunday lunch at the local pub which is less than a 10 minute drive away.

Had a lovely stay at West Farleigh Barn for my partners birthday. Hosts are lovely and really easy to contact via Phone/Text. When we arrived, the hosts left us a lovely bottle of prosecco, beers & chocolates. Overall, the place is very clean and looked after. The hot tub was also lovely and well maintained. We took the dogs with us, and it is safe to say they loved the garden and watching the sheep. Beautiful views from the home. Only negative would be the drive, as the roads are very narrow!

The Barn house is stunning and in a quiet, rural location, though a supermarket and town are only a 10 min drive away. The house has everything you need and we were greeted with a celebration hamper from our lovely hosts on arrival. Very dog friendly - with an outdoor shower for muddy paws, a huge enclosed garden and a well equipped laundry room wi th outdoor access. Our pups also loved the underfloor heating and sleeping in front of the log burner. Cant wait to return.

Fantastic stay with amazing hosts. We were a group of 10 that stayed over a week and weree blown away by the service and the quality of the home. The surrounding areas are beautiful and great for walks and perfect for a chilled out break. We were somewhat caught up in the snow and Mr Baker was kind enough to help clear the pathway and supplied us w ith fresh eggs and milk! They went above and beyond even when we had constant questions.

My Family spent a week in this fabulous barn for my sisters 60th birthday. The views are amazing, the barn is as lovely as the pictures and has everything you need for cooking, the bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and clean modern bathrooms. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend rhis property.

This property has wonderful views, is well presented and provided a lovely base for our holiday. It's well provisioned with nice owners. The Wifi is not good but loads of other things to do. A big negative is access to the cottage, by miles of single track road with limited passing points, v dangerous, often having to reverse in narrow lane to pass oncoming vehicles, including a tractor, it was v stressful resulting in us not wanting to go out. Had I known this I would not have booked it.

A beautiful property in a secluded location. Views are amazing. There are some narrow roads to navigate to get there, but the location is worth it. Although there are a couple of other holiday properties nearby, the layout ensures it feels very private. Dog friendly fenced gardens and lovely walks around the fields and woods in the grounds.

This barn is in a beautiful location with lovely views and very peaceful. The venue itself is warm and comfortable and perfect for celebrating with friends or family as the wonderful open plan allows for socialising. We had everything we needed and the added bonus was the lovely hot tub. The surrounding land is all private farmland so, apart from o ne marked footpath, it would be necessary to drive further afield for longer walks. Highly recommend this property for the relaxation factor.
