Graeme
Nice location on the Tarka trail and a short walk from Braunton. This cottage provided a perfect base for 8 of us (6 adults and 2 kids) to explore local beaches and enjoy some late season surfing!
Antony
Fantastic house and stocked with everything you could need.
Alex
A superb property with generous sleeping accommodation. Ideal for us with three couples and children aged 9,5,2. Safe, enclosed, well-equipped. Huge TV, with others upstairs. Plenty of space for dining. Large yard for kids to run/play. Adjacent to cycle path which we used a lot to get to cafe, restaurant, tesco, or just to walk. Great place for dogRead mores - enclosed space, but easy walk from house for routine exercise. Main beach attractions ban dogs, but many other places to go with them. Super! Hide

A lovely house for a family weekend away. Very well equipped. Perfectly located for all the attractions in the area. Wed definitely stay at Westlands again.
Sarah
Fabulous large well equipped property extremely clean and spacious inside and out. Situated on quite private lane with Tarka trail right outside. Military base very close and loud bangs were heard, if you have a nervous dog something to be aware of. We loved the location as just outside Braunton, and close to burrows and Saunton Sands.

This was an amazing house to stay in. It was private yet perfectly situated for a variety of activities, walks and tourist attractions. The furnishings were very modern and luxurious and the owners had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. We found the outdoor shower really useful in particular and the upstairs landing area with the t elescope was the most relaxing area, even in the rain.

Spacious accommodation, big TV in lounge, well equipped kitchen, lovely pub 8 minutes walk away, take coat hangers for wardrobes as there only a few, football goal not available even though on photos of property. All in all a lovely property. We found a few niggles some were solved by Helen.

We stayed as Westlands last year and were happy to have gone back this year. There is loads of space for the 8 of us and the dog. Secure gates means the dogs and kids can roam around outside freely and safely which is a great to have. Beaches are not far away and there is the Tarka trail for walks which is nice & relaxing. Generally a good place to stay, huge TV in the living room and good TVs in the other rooms. Bathrooms good size with everything youd need. Out door furniture, BBQ & Hottub.
