Had a great 6 night stay in a warm, quality, comfortable Lodge. Furnished to a high standard. Beds very comfortable. Located in a quiet village with pub nearby but not far from Ashbourne. Was great to come back to a hot tub after a day sightseeing. Friendly owners on site if needed. Look forward to staying again. Would highly recommend.
Mark
Such a lovely place to stay and a very quiet village . The accommodation is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean . Everything provided that you would need. Plenty of space for a dog crate for your furry family member . There is an Aldi down the road, retail park and lovely garden centre . There is a pub 2 doors up but sadly no longer serves f ood . The owners are around if you need them and very friendly and welcoming .
Andrew

A beautifully presented lodge with everything we needed and having the hot tub made our stay even more relaxing! Henmore was the perfect home from home retreat for our short break in The Peaks. Everything about Henmoore Cottage is gorgeous, we had a fantastic New Year break, so relaxing and private. We had everything we needed and the hot tub was the icing on the cake . The location is great for visiting lots of attractions. The fantastic firework display from the pub a few door away was a nice surprise for New Year too.
Karl
Just amazing lovely location lovely place lovely host will definitely be going back thanks just perfect
Charlotte
Loved our stay here. It was a perfect little place for a girls weekend away. Local area is beautiful. Great hosts. Would definitely recommend.
V
Taking in consideration it was our first family holiday after a long period, everything was great. Location of the lodge gives you a sense of privacy if you don't want to be more separated from everything, the property is nice and cosy and the modern heating sistem keeps the temperature constant, the interior design is modern but has the touch of v intage and both styles are combined well together giving the occupiers a feeling of comfort . Close to supermarket and other shops. I recommend it
Lara
What an absolute gem of a property. Despite being within the boundaries of the owners own home, it is very private and we did not feel overlooked. The hot tub is lovely, again private and not overlooked. The cottage contains everything you need. The decor and finish is first class. Parking for two cars and set in a pretty village. We visited the pu b next door but this is looking tired and we would reccomend the Bowling Green Inn in nearby Ashbourne. Overall we will certainly be going back.
James
My little get away to this cottage was 5 stars all the way, me and my partner loved spending the 3 nights we had here. Everything you could need is also included inside the property. The shower was amazing and not to mention the hot tub, you must go in it! theyve done a brilliant job of keeping it secluded from owners house, would highly recommend to any other people looking at this for a few nights away.
