Great house in a good location. Grounds are lovely and it feels very private, even though it's just off a main route (handy for getting out and about to explore). You can hear road noise but didn't bother us. Enjoyed seeing the jets overhead. Lots to do in the area and close enough to get to the coast too. Hot tub was great after long walks. This is a really wonderful house, spacious and comfortable and really well located for walking and swimming in southern Snowdonia. It is large and comfortable with plenty of space to relax and set in a huge garden. Its a bit close to the noise of a busy road but that is offset by the loveliness of the house
