For shopping and eating out journey to the vibrant city of Exeter (14 miles), or for a day at the beach you ll be near Exmouth (20 miles). In the evenings, unwind with a spot of fishing on the onsite lakes or a dip in your private hot tub.

The waterside wooden lodge sits within 23 acres of private grounds. The property has a sociable, open plan layout and features beautiful, wood clad walls and a fabulous vaulted ceiling.

Create delicious dishes in the stylish kitchen area to share at the large dining table, before sinking into the plush corner sofa to watch the Smart TV in the glow of the cosy wood burner. On a summer s day, throw open the glass doors to the terrace for indoor/outdoor living.

The property has three tastefully decorated bedrooms, one of which has an en suite shower room. Two of the bedrooms also enjoy direct access to the terrace and, completing the accommodation, is a contemporary bathroom.

Outside, the covered terrace is the perfect place to soak in your breathtaking surroundings. Share family BBQs overlooking the water, followed by a relaxing soak in your private hot tub.

Guests are also welcome to explore the extensive, wildlife rich grounds and fish on one of the onsite lakes. The quaint village of Kentisbeare is 4 miles away and has a friendly pub and village shop.

You ll find further shops and eateries in the picturesque village of Broadhembury (7 miles) and the cathedral city of Exeter (14 miles). As you d expect, the walking opportunities in the area are endless, from hilltop hikes through the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (7 miles) to the windswept, clifftop tracks of the South West Coast Path (20 miles).

It’s immediately apparent from the exterior that this property is incredibly stylish. Modern touches permeate throughout the property and can be seen in everything from the recessed overhead lighting to the chrome piping on the living room wood burner. All features have been carefully chosen for a consistent level of chic throughout the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. Adding to the luxury is a floor-to-ceiling sliding door. This popular adventure park is full of thrills and excitement as well as having loads for younger children to take part in as well. The best theme park rides include the Tidal Wave log flume and Maximus the rollercoaster.  Other fantastic rides include the the New Vortex Watercoaster ride and the Queen Bess pirate ship.  Indoor fun is plentiful too with the Adventure Zone, the Magical Kingdom and Dina's Lost World.
Bicton Park and Gardens - EX9 7BJ

This year round attraction has been described as Devon's most magnificent historic gardens.  Located in the Otter Valley area of East Devon you can enjoy a fun day out in a picturesque setting. If you are looking for a fun family day out with a difference then a visit to the Hedgehog Hospital is a great choice.
