This gorgeous house was very spacious, with amazingly well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and extremely clean. Key Point is a wonderful house in a wonderful location with lovely helpful hosts, Sarah and Roger. Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped with everything you need. The hot tub was a bonus especially enjoyed by teenagers. Lovely views. We had a great family holiday. The walk to the beach is easy for the dogs and the enclosed back garden so use ful. Instow is delightful - we enjoyed glorious sunsets. I wish we could have stayed longer

This is a lovely, spacious house (hardly a cottage!) with fantastic views across the estuary. We used the hot tub every day and it was in a great position. The sun-veranda was especially useful (although a bee trap!) and all the bedrooms were well-appointed and comfortable. This house is not inexpensive, but probably not too much out of line with p ost-Covid prices. Games room was an added bonus. Great to have such a nice welcome pack with tea, milk, coffee, cheese and more. Attentive hosts.
Ian
A very comfortable and well appointed property which suited the needs of a family of 9 adults and one baby. A fabulous view from the terrace that includes farmland and across to the estuary. A short walk down the hill brings you to the village of Instow that is served by a well stocked and good quality shop (Johns) and a number of pubs. The ferry c an take you to Appledore and it is only a short drive to other towns such as Croyde and Westward Ho!

Lovely cottage, great location and wonderful views. We were a party of 7 adults and 2 dogs. Mainly its secure for dogs, they can access the drive/road from the lower patio. The Jacuzzi was great as was the games room and we even had the wood burner on one evening, very cozy. Instow is a short walk away (10 mins) and The Boathouse is a must (we had Sunday lunch there and it was delicious, the staff were fab.) as is The Instow Arms. Looking forward to our next visit.
