Carole
This place was wonderful . Wether for just a base to travel from to various places or just for a romantic retreat. Or a week of relaxation. It is truly a gem .the owners are lovely and helpful.
Glen
One of the main attractions of the lodge is the hot tub so you can relax in the evening. Only worked once. The 6 foot fench in front of you make the place feel claustrophobic which deprives you of any views of the countryside and the constant traffic noise is annoying. The lodge is nicely decorated with some lovely touches inside.
Lynn
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Lodge. Super dog friendly with a garden area at front of owners property where you can wander or sit. Cream tea on arrival & the hot tub made this place! The outdoor area is very small so maybe not suitable for larger dogs. Plenty of beautiful fields with footpaths to walk the dogs. We would recommend the 1 mil e walk to The New Queen pub, really easy but the slightly longer walk of approx 2 miles to The Woolpack was in places overgrown. Great accommodation
Margo

Caroline

Tim
