Really enjoyed our stay! The cottage was spotless and comfy, though parking was a bit tricky if you have a second car. Still, loved it!
Emma Carter
We stayed here for three nights with friends and honestly, it was brilliant! The cottage had everything we needed, from a roomy kitchen and dining space to lovely decor in the bedrooms. The bathroom was well stockedand the owners left some bread, butter, milkand jams which was a lovely touch. Perfect spot near Bakewell, we’d definitely recommend it!
Emma
The house was lovely and spacious, perfect for our family stay. We appreciated the little touches like milk and bread on arrival-such a nice gesture! The hot tub was a highlightand everything was spotlessly clean. Honestly, we couldn’t ask for more, it was great!
Emma Clarke
The place was lovely, quite cosy really. Parking in Bakewell overnight was a nightmare though - only one spot at the property. We enjoyed some nice walks and the park nearby. The Castle Inn served the best food we found out!
Emma
We stayed at this cosy cottage just outside Bakewell and really enjoyed our visit. The location is perfect, with a lovely grassy alley nearby that leads straight to the park-great for dog walks! The kitchen was well stocked, though we did notice they missed some essentials like foil and cling film. The living room is a bit tight for six people, so we’d say it’s better suited for four plus a child. Also, if you have a big car, the narrow driveway can be tricky, especially if someone’s already parked at the top. Still, we’d happily come back!
Jamie
We loved the location - such a short stroll into town, made everything so easy. The beds were super comfy and spacious, really good nights sleep! The kitchen was huge and fully equipped, perfect for cooking. The front terrace gets loads of sunand the hot tub area is sheltered, so you can still relax outside if it rains. Definitely coming back again!
Laura

Emma
The bread, milkand butter were a lovely touch. The towels and dressing gown for the hot tub were great, but maybe mention them as extras next time.

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming cottage. It’s spotlessly clean and feels quite modern inside. The kitchen is lovely and has everything you could possibly need. Beds are super comfy, which was great after long days exploring. The location is perfect-just a short walk to shops, pubsand eateries. The driveway was a bit tricky for our bigger car, but it’s definitely spacious once you get in. Netflix was a nice touch too! Would definitely stay again.
Oliver

Knowsley is a lovely, well-equipped cottage with a beautiful finish. It's in a really handy spot for exploring Bakewell’s lively centre. We did have some trouble with the unfinished rear garden, but they sorted it out nicely after we left. Overall, a good stay!
