Tucked away in the quiet countryside of Tywyn, North Wales, Ysgubor y Waun is a barn that's been expertly turned into a luxurious holiday retreat. Perfect for groups of up to six people, this place offers three spacious bedrooms.

One of these, a king-sized bedroom, comes with its own balcony where you can take in the gorgeous views of the Dysynni Valley. Traditional oak beams and stone walls give the place a rustic feel, while the wood burner adds warmth on colder nights.

The kitchen has everything you need, and the dining area can seat up to eight people, making it ideal for group dinners.

One of the property's highlights is the private hot tub in a secluded courtyard, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the scenery. There’s also Wi-Fi, a BBQ for outdoor cooking, and plenty of space for parking.

Located within Snowdonia National Park, Ysgubor y Waun makes a great base for exploring.

The historic Talyllyn Railway is only 3 miles away, Aberdyfi beach is a 9-mile drive, and Castell y Bere, a 2-mile trip, offers a taste of local history and fun family outings.

Beautiful cottage on a gorgeous working farm, It was great to meet the cows and sheep! The hot tub was really appreciated after taking in some of the local hikes and we also really enjoyed visiting the local heritage railway. We will definitely be back!

We loved Isgubor y Waun, at first sight. It is surrounded by fields, with mountains beyond and a view of the sea and coastline. The house is equipped with everything one could possibly need. Mrs Davies, the owner, called in to welcome us and left us a welcome gift of bread, eggs, milk and delicious lemon cake. The hot tub was a fun addition and welRead morel used, at the end of our days out. The children loved being invited to see the week old calf, with her mother.
