109 Bude Reviews

I impulsively booked & so lucky this beautiful holiday home was available. I drive 4.5 hours with my 2 doggos & got there to the most lovely, cleaning and cosy and stunning place. Im really weird about sanitising every place I go to stay but this was so clean I did not feel I needed to at all. Thats out of the ordinary. Most places that accept dogs are not so on par with places that dont. This is the exception! I felt instantly comfortable and everything in it is beautiful. The bed was so comfortable I didnt even miss my own bed, oh and the shower!!! The shower is absolutely incredible! There even was hot tub that was instantly ready to jump into when I arrived, but although I did not use it, I know that would be an ultimate bonus to everyone else! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and absolutely spot on. Only one thing that was a downside and thats not having WiFi and my phone signal was extremely poor up there to compensate or hotspot my laptop. However, I was somehow able to hotspot to the tv to watch Netflix, which made it even more home from home. I cannot recommend this beautiful holiday home enough!
Christine
Lovely caravan with the advantage of a hot tub which was used on most days, very large well laid out site near some beautiful spots such as St Agnus, Holywell Bay and Peranporth. We thought it was reasnobly priced considering it had a hot tub. The TVs reception was hit and miss mainly on BBC, some cleanliness issues, when the main bed was stripped prior to leaving there was some stains on the matress cover but not on the matress. The toilet brush lid in the toilet had rust spots and some staines on the bathroom radiator.
Great place to stay. Only comment , would of liked instructions for microwave. Age against me. Well positioned to explore Cornwall. Really enjoyed stay very comfortable. would stay again . THANKS.
The caravan was cosy and well equipped. The hot tub was a bonus but due to the weather we only used it once. The facilities on site were disappointing but we went at the beginning of September so perhaps they were at the end of the season.
Kirsty
Lovely stay , could do with better sofas , or possible poofy to put your legs up
Nicola
Great holiday home, in a great location. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
Stunning caravan! Most definitely the best caravan we have stayed in and we have stayed in a fair few. Its very clean and very modern. Has everything you need. The hot tub was lovely! Very local to beaches and activities and attractions plenty around to do. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much
Caroline
We had a very relaxing stay, lovely and clean, well equipped kitchen and the location is great. Thank you for being dog friendly, hot tub was well used. It is a shame there is no Wifi as the signal can be a bit intermittent in Cornwall My only suggestion would be to have a free standing airer rather than one that hooks over neither spoilt our stay and are only suggestions not complaints or criticisms we had a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend and hope to return.
Elizabeth
This is the nicest static I have ever stayed in and I stay in 3 different ones per year every year. The on suite was such a nice addition and the hot tub was amazing, we spent every evening there. It's also the first static where towels have been provided. The beds were super comfy as well. The site was lovely and quiet, we went off season so the facilities were not open but that didn't bother us.
Great location . Clean and overall good facilities . Although no grill pan or baking trays available .sinhke beds and sofa beds , very thin mattresses . Bar wasnt open at the weekend Gate lock didnt work so dogs escaped . No WiFi which wouldnt have been a problem but couldnt get channels on tv Games a nice touch Overall a lovely place, which would be even better with the above resolved . Would stay again.

109 Bude is our favourite place to stay in Cornwall when we visit each year. Its in a prime location, the other propertys owners around are all lovely too and its a beautiful place to stay with everything you can need inside the home. Theres no wifi despite listing saying so and if youre on O2 youll likely not have signal either which is a bit of a pain but were happy to go without whilst on holiday.
Cheryl
Beautiful holiday home on a lovely site. A perfect place to stay as close to fabulous beaches plus dog friendly
This is the second time we have stayed here, we absolutely love it. Ideal location and lots to do in the local area. I would highly recommend a stay here! We are looking to book a long weekend in October. Thanks again!
Lovely place, we really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable. Great for exploring the local area. The hot tub was a great way to relax whilst watching the sunset. We would definitely like to stay again in the future.
Steven
Fabulous place on a great site. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for the stay. The hot tub was fabulous and enjoyed and again well maintained. The site is kept really well, the swimming pool was well used while we stayed. Communication from start to finish was brilliant and overall our stay was really enjoyed. Many Thanks.
Bethan
The caravan is absolutely lovely. We felt comfortable and at home instantly. Despite being dog friendly, dogs are not allowed on the furniture so something to think about if yours are used to this. We had park maintenance people enter the caravan unannounced shortly after arriving which was a little unsettling as they unlocked the caravan and let themselves in. The outside deck and furniture wasnt cleaned and wed have appreciated extra toilet rolls, washing up liquid or dishwasher tabs to be included in the caravan as these were an extra expense that we didnt need to take home with us. A fan would also be good for hot weather as we had to lug ours from home or wouldve needed to purchase one whilst there. No WIFI in the caravan which we knew but the phone signal is poor so this made researching places, ordering food or even setting up the sat nav difficult. The location is perfect as plenty of beaches nearby but also isnt too far a drive to go towards St IvesLands End way or up towards Port Isaac and further. Theres plenty of food options and shops for groceries nearby and the caravan park itself is lovely. Overall wed thoroughly recommend 109 Bude and we will be booking to stay here on all our future visits.

Fab stay, we didnt want to leave. Everything was thought off, there is a notepad under the unit by the tv with all sorts of helpful information. The hot tub was definitely a highlight! Extra towels are provided which was a nice touch. Very homely, already looking at dates to book again as enjoyed it so much.
Claire
The loveliness caravan weve stayed it. Very large, well equipped and on a lovely site where all caravan look lovely. I would definitely return! The one thing I could to find before we went was if there was an iron but there isnt just in case youre also trying to find out.
Andrew
Lovely caravan with real comfy beds and has everything you need for a fantastic ... Lovely caravan with real comfy beds and has everything you need for a fantastic stay the only thing that spoiled our holiday was the hot tub we only managed to use it twice during our two weeks stay due to the temperture being so, low even though the maintance man attended and did everything he knew it was still luke warm and was unable to use as like i have stated it was too cold apart from that everything was great
Jessica
Beautiful caravan. It had everything we could ask for. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning. Thank you also for your reasonable pricing in these difficult times.
Excellent accommodation with everything you need to enjoy a holiday. The hot tub was fantastic and the outdoor seating was good. The only item for improvement was the toaster had a dead element so only 2 slots worked but only a tiny inconvenience. Otherwise 100 for the accommodation and site.
Beverley
We had a lovely week
Samantha
Excellent place to stay and plenty of beaches nearby
109 Bude was very clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing. We enjoyed our holiday very much. It would have been useful if there could have been information on local amenities to hand but otherwise lovely accommodation
Luxury caravan, in a peaceful location. Very clean with everything you need provided in the kitchen, would benefit from WiFi but otherwise a perfect holiday, thank you!
The property has been beautifully furnished and felt very homely. It had everything we needed but also lovely added touches like games and coffee tea etc.
