Absolutely beautiful, cute little cottage. The owners have provided everything you need to make it a comfortable stay. This is a clean well presented property. It's upside down with. Kit diner bedroom and ensuite downstairs and a lounge with a view of the sea upstairs. Lovely, clean and comfortable (the bed is so comfy I didnt want to get up!) well presented. The amenities arent too far but the road is quite busy if youre walking in the dark. Quiet area apart from the building site behind the property. There were only 3 people on site during the week though so noise was at a minimum.

We wanted somewhere where we could park up and not have to drive anywhere and be able to walk our Springer Spaniel. Sea Sanctuary is lovely, well equipped and just right for two and a dog. We really enjoyed our stay at sea sanctuary, was very clean and was left to it by the owners, nice location and area with plenty of local walks, two things that need addressing, the hot tub was lovely but a hand rail fixed to the wall would help with the ease of getting in and out, we couldnt get the microwave combi oven to work , having the instru ctions would have helped greatly, overall though we had a great time and would recommend, definitely would stay here again.
Andrew
Blessed with amazing weather. Great for dogs with the local beaches. Good BBQ.
Marina
Perfect little bolthole to explore Westward Ho! and surrounding areas
Teresa
Great place with everything you needed. Spotlessly clean and comfortable bed. However, we did feel the hot tub was unusable due to the awkwardness of getting in due to the steps not fitting down the side of the hot tub, so you have to just use a small corner of the top step and hold on to the drainpipe. We also found the combi oven too complicated to use and it ruined food, a standard oven would have meant we wouldnt have to eat out all week, both things would stop us returning Im afraid.
Nicola
Beautiful holiday home in a wonderful location.

Superb cottage/coach house in fabulous location - 10 minutes walk to Westward Ho!/5 minutes to Northam. Very comfortable throughout (the bed is awesome!). We were out and about most of the time so didnt use the hot tub.

Lou
We had a wonderful stay at Sea sanctuary. The accommodation is well thought out and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break away. There was somewhere to sit dine inside and outside. A cosy lounge to relax in with sea views and the bed was very comfy. The hot tub was spacious and very relaxing and loved the quality Bose speaker. A nic e touch was arriving to a bottle of fizz. The location was ideal with places to eat at and a beautiful sandy beach. Highly recommend Sea sanctuary.
Samantha
Absolutely beautiful, the owner thought of EVERYTHING! We enjoyed our stay so much and would highly recommend for that extra luxury. Thank you so much Michael x
Debra
A lovely little getaway for us and our dog Archie. The downstairs bedroom opening onto the courtyard and hot tub has a spa like feel. The courtyard outside the kitchen is perfect for alfresco dining. Feels very secluded despite being next to the owners house. We didnt use the upstairs lounge much because the weather was glorious but the views from there are wonderful. Great location. The beach at North Burrows was perfect for the dog. You can walk but we drove as it was so hot.
Wendy
Great location. Really comfortable. Lovely hosts.

Amazing place to stay. We really enjoy! A lovely chilled holiday. Everything we needed. Would definitely recommend & would love to return.
Gail
Fabulous little cottage. Lovely and clean. Walking distance to pubs and restaurants but not if you have difficulty in walking. Lovely and quiet. Hot tub if you wanted to use it. Home from home. Idea if you want to relax and chill
Caitlyn
Absolutely gorgeous place to stay! We loved every minute that we were there, and would 100% stay again!
Simon
There is a long list of 'actions' to do on leaving which are a bit over the top and should be part of the rental tariff. I would suggest it should be made clearer at the point of rental (9.30am earlier check out was introduced for COVID, to allow more cleaning time). I see many of these are part of the professional cleaning task, particularly the d eep clean and washing of the bedding. Happy to strip beds to help, general clean and place remaining cutlery/crockery in the dish washer.
Yasmin
Absolutely amazing stay, everything was so clean and LOVED the dressing gowns. Lovely touch. It was perfect for me, my partner and dog. Right next to the beach and restaurants. Definitely stay again!
Gayle
Perfect for two (& a hound). Very comfortable, warm & well laid out. Great location for the beach- 15 mins door to sea shore
Caroline
Fabulous little cottage with a great hot tub. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing break
Karen
Really enjoyed staying at the cottage. Cottage had everything we needed and we felt very relaxed there. Thank you.
Tina
Cottage is beautiful inside, garden is small but has a hot tub which we used daily and definitely worth having a smaller garden. Location is ideal, we walked down to the beach everyday. What also is worth a mention is they have everything you need in the accommodation even down to dog bowls and a dog towel. Thanks for a lovely break
Beverley
The location was ideal for walking to Westward Ho! the Burrows and to Appledore. The hot tub was a nice extra and the complimentary bottle of Prosecco was very welcome!
Linda
Lovely little cottage perfect for a couples getaway. We also had our puppy in tow and there was room for him too and he was welcomed with dog bowls and a towel which was a nice thought. Furniture well chosen to make the place feel as big as possible. Owners helpful and amenable. Might take a while to get used to the microwave/combi oven if you are not used to one (thankfully there were instructions in the cupboard! ). Hot tub a nice extra as was the bottle of fizz in the fridge on arrival.
Michael
Very nice and pleasant stay apart from a few things We found that the hot tub did not leave much room to get by The hand sanitizer did not work A couple of tea bags and small milk would have been a nice gesture Couple of the dinner plates were greasy No information pack left Could have done with two tea towels and j clothes would have been nice
