Absolutely beautiful. A lovely one level home in the most beautiful setting. Woodhall is warm, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. All the bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of hanging and storage space, the lounge suite was comfy and the views from the property are fabulous. Kitchen super well equipped and modern and bathrooms all modern and spacious, this house is a real gem of a find in this gorgeous part of Cornwall. We always travel with 4 dogs and Woodhall is perfect with plenty of space and a secure garden, and the added benefit of a large sloping field for ball games and exercise, the dogs loved it! We loved it so much we booked to return in the Autumn before we had even left. Looking forward to seeing the stunning view in all its autumn glory. Sharon and her family were excellent hosts and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Woodhall to anyone looking for high end dog friendly accommodation in this beautiful part of the country.

We had a lovely stay at Woodhall. We arrived in the dark, so it wasnt until the morning that we truly appreciated the beautiful views. It was absolutely stunning and well worth the wait. The location is incredibly peaceful making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms were spotless, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The property owner also checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. We would 100 recommend staying here and would happily return in the future.

We all had a wonderful stay at Woodhall. A big thank you to Sharon , who was on hand to answer any questions . Although we never met in person, Sharon came across as a friendly and helpful host. The views are absolutely amazing you dont need to watch tv . Our accommodation was clean , looked exactly as it did in the photos, and had everything we needed. The bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable, so much so that we asked Sharon where she bought it. Our children enjoyed using the hot tub. The property is situated in an ideal peaceful location, yet no too far car journey from amenities. We would definitely recommend staying at Woodhall and wouldnt hesitate booking again.

Lovely spacious property with secure garden for dogschildren. Everything clean and ready for the onslaught of our family of 6 adults, one toddler and three dogs! A very soggy week but the property was snug and warm for when we arrived back from our daily adventures. In view of the weather a tumble dryer would have been a good addition as we found it difficult to dry all the soggy clothes but otherwise a perfect stay

Absolutely stunning house in a beautiful location easy for all tourist attractions . Furnished beautifully owners very friendly, this is our second stay here and we will be back for a third.!

As a family of seven and two dogs this was perfect with comfortable living space and a well appointed kitchen. Plenty of outdoor space and the use of a hot tub was a bonus. Easily accessible to all the major sights and places to visit in Cornwall.

The property was spotlessly clean and very comfortable throughout, lovely seating area and comfortable beds, fabulous onsuite shower in the main bedroom, so powerful, loved it. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could want or need. The hot tub was amazing with it's stunning views. I cannot fault the property, it was a joy to stay there and would happily return. The only tiny negative was for the maintenance of the garden area, it just needed the lawn mowing to improve the outside appearance but that wasn't a major issue. Thank you to Sharon and Lee, the owners for making our weeks holiday a memorable one.

We enjoyed our stay at Woodhall very much, Sharon made us very welcome. I am registered blind and found the property and grounds very accessible for me. The only thing I could not use was the touch screen hob, due to my sight loss, however that did encourage my family to do the cooking! We all enjoyed the showers in the ensuites, very powerful. It was great to just sit on the decking enjoying the sounds of the countryside, the birds and the farm animals in the distance. The garden was dog friendly and we enjoyed the luxury of the hot tub. We will be back again!

Sharon was most helpful whist staying there. FAB VIEWS, The dogs loved the garden and Cardingham woods , the walk there from the property was rather steep coming back up, but got us fit. You can drive there but the lane down there had no traffic. The hot tub was lovely with beautiful views of the surrounding country side. Shops and take aways nearby Grandkids choice . We had the most fab weather still cannot believe it. The only thing was a gap in the hedge into the next property which was up a bank but two of the dogs found it several times also the gap under the adjoining gate was enough for my small dog to get through, spoke the Sharon about it and she said it would get sorted as it needs to be dog friendly and safe if dogs are allowed, We will go back.

Our second visit to this absolutely gorgeous property. Stunning views and a wonderful outdoor area. Our toddler and dogs loved roaming around and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. The house was very comfortable and so clean! We had an amazing week here and Im sure we will be back again.

What a beautiful & amazing place Woodhall was to stay in Cornwall. Location for us was perfect, plenty of walks in the woods on the doorstep which our dogs thoroughly enjoyed & easy journeys to the beachs if we wanted a change of scenery. Woodhall was so clean, everything you could possibly need is provided for & the hosts are so kind & always there should you need anything. We will definitely be backfabulous place for anyone to stay.

This was the most amazing house , inside and out. Came with my family, ages 60 to 7 months and was just perfect. Everything we needed was in the house, extremely comfy beds, plenty of space for all of us , 8 of us and 4 dogs. The outside space with the hot tub was amazing..it is so good for the dogs, safe and secure. Bodmin is a short distance away, where there is shops, takeaways and everything you need. Would definitely stay here again. The owners were on call always and very helpful

This was an amazing property and we couldnt fault anything from the moment we arrived to when we left. Sharon and Lee were most helpful and checked the hot tub daily without us even noticing. The views and peacefulness were just breathtaking. All the facilities were available to hand that we required. We would love to return at some stage as we cant praise it enough. Especially as my Grandson keeps asking to go back to the house too what a recommendation from a 3 year old

We had a fantastic week staying at Woodhall! The house is exactly as described and very spacious. The views are beautiful! We often sat looking outside whilst planning day trips instead of sitting watching the TV! Thoroughly enjoyed our week and would definitely recommend anyone wanting to visit the area.

Woodhall is just stunning, very well thought out property and very well stocked for comfort. Views are just perfect, especially from the wonderful hot tub. Lee maintained the hot tub daily with no intrusion at all on our holiday. Beds very comfy, house beautifully decorated and clean. Kitchen is well stocked to cook anything . Garden is very secure for larger dogs and our dogs all enjoyed watching nature especially the rabbits . Only one suggestion, a shelter for the hot tub would be beneficial to enjoy the hot tub when it rains heavier . We enjoyed our stay so much we want to come back again, we had the most amazing chilled time . Great location for a base to visit all of cornwall.

We had a wonderful time at Woodhall. Excellent location within an easy drive to amenities and places of interest. The modern house was immaculate with plenty of outside space and grounds for the dog. We loved the hot tub especially for the fantastic view. The open plan living space was great for a sociable holiday and the tv was amazing! Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Woodhall wonderful views and great location 30 mins to dog friendly beaches on the south coast and 40 to those on the west only 30 mins to the middle of the moor. We loved it as did our doggies. If you like peace and quiet, appreciate wonderful views this is the place to stay. Hosts Lee and Sharon were very welcoming. Look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful stay at Woodhall, view from the property was stunning and appreciated by everyone. Plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing inside and outside. Beds were very comfortable. Property location was peaceful which was just what we were looking for, the rabbits certainly kept the dogs entertained on the other side of the fence. Dog walking near by was amazing, beautiful woodlands and streams. Lots to do within half hour or so drive. Hot tub was perfect. Thank you for having us to stay

This was our second time of staying here and this time we stayed for 14 nights. Absolutely love it here the views are stunning, the property is very spacious and all our family 6 adults and 1 12 year old plus 2 dogs find it very comfortable. Home from Home. We love it that much that Ive booked again for next year. Its perfect position in Cornwall allows us to travel to lots of beaches and places to visit within a short drive. Definitely would recommend. The owners Lee and Sharon are lovely and are there for you if you need anything.

Everything was perfect except that there was not a dryer. We struggled getting clothes dry as the weather was not dry or warm outside.

Lovely spacious and comfortable property with stunning views. Hosts were next door if you needed them. Cardinham woods are amazing for dog walking with a super cafe that serves great cream teas. If you are not fit, be warned it is at the bottom of a very steep hill!! The garden was sadly not dog secure which was a shame and the decking was very slippery when wet, both areas could have easily been made secure with a couple of gates either end and extending the fencing which would have made our stay a little more relaxing.

We had a fabulous stay at this lodge , accommodation is very large and perfect for a large family. Fantastic views all around us and if you like wildlife it's definitely the place to stay . If you like peace and quiet then it's in a perfect area as it's so beautiful and peaceful. Only downside to our stay is that it's not suitable for a disabled person as we had to buy some equipment for my sister apart from that it's just perfect

Fabulous, perfect location, peaceful and quiet, 10 minutes drive nearest town, Fabulous places to visit if your willing a half hour drive. Cardinham woods right on the doorstep. Highly recommended and will certainly return if we have a holiday in Cornwall again. 4 dogs also loved it.

We enjoyed our stay everything was described on listing, we stayed when it was very icy owners was out in the morning gritting the road for us. house was clean, warm and luxurious. Owners was on hand if you needed them, they was very helpful couldn't fault our stay, we want to come back next year. Ideal location

It was my 2nd stay at the property, so I knew the location was perfect for us. Unfortunately, 3 of the bedrooms have too much storage, the master doesn't have enough. And I was surprised that, for a property sleeping 8 and accepting dogs, there were NO cleaning products available. As a minimum I expected multipurpose cleaner and some J clothes.

What a wonderful property and a lovely place to stay with plenty of room and excellent facilities. The view from the property is wonderful and rural and very peaceful with the sound of cows, sheep and at night the hoots of owls. The property is well situated for lots of Cornwalls resorts Padstow, Fowey, Perranporth and nearby Cardinham wood is a must if you like a good walk and the scone are to die for. Great support from Lee and Sharon on hand if needed. I can't recommend this property enough and we as a group 6 adults and 4 dogs will hopefully go back in the future.
