Fantastic place to stay and would certainly recommend.
Peter
Lovely comfortable accommodation which was just perfect for our family get together which included our young dog. Close to Tintagel Castle, Boscastle, Port Issac and Padstow (nice fish & chips). Good Sunday lunch at the Elliot Arms, nice meal at Jamaica Inn. Thank you for the homemade scones, cream & jam we thoroughly enjoyed them!
Susan
Beautiful place. We would recommend it to anyone, especially for a large family like ours , very spacious. Our young grandson loved the garden play area.
Danne
Excellent cottage we loved our stay the park was a hit and we had all we needed friendly local people was able to buy fresh eggs from the neighbours chickens Lovely to arrive to scones and fresh cream xx
Jessica
We had a lovely stay all in all in this cottage. It was cosy and in a peaceful area. However I wouldn't advise this for children younger than 3. There is a stair gate at the top of the stairs which is the kitchen but somebody had to sit there all week because the babies could fit underneath it. Scones and jam was a lovely touch on arrival. Be caref ul of the outdoor steps when raining. There was a few issues which I have passed onto the owners but we would come again when the toddlers are older
Ruth

Stunning cottage, comfortably slept 10 of us. Ample seating and space for two families. It was very clean, fresh towels and beds made up on arrival. Left dishwasher tablets and fairy liquid for us. Hand wash and toilet rolls in every toilet, very well equipped . The scones and cream were a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend this cottage, we l oved it .
Abigail
Lovely property and surroundings. Super friendly host family. Lovely and quiet and safe for kids to play. Had the best week and would highly recommend. Only downside for us was the shower pressure in one of the en suites really but there were two other showers and a bath so no big deal, other than that the house was really well stocked with crocker y and kitchen stuff and very comfortable. Beautiful sunset views too. Good appliances and hot tub fab.
Debbie
A beautiful property in a perfect location
Gemma
This holiday house has a great location for visiting Cornwall, approx 30mins-1hour drive to most places. It is a great size, although the garden area isn't directly at the back of the house as we had expected so children cannot play in there whilst you potter in the house. All said it was clean, beds were comfortable & we had a great holiday - than ks.
Elizabeth
Ideal for a big family get together. Relax in the hot tub after a hectic day. Lots of things to do within around a hour or less travelling. Well worth the money.
Roger
Great place and great location. Had everything we needed and more. Loads of space, would highly recommend it.
Clare
A very comfortable spacious house from home to home ideally suitable for families of all ages. We were made very welcome and highly recommend for a relaxing break. Ideal location from Launceston town and the coast and quiet location away as well as being ten minutes from shops and amenities. Beds very comfortable, bathrooms great and a fully equipp ed family large kitchen. We were spoilt for choice with the two lounges and were cosy and warm with heating and log fire. We cant wait to return!!
Hannah
House had alot of space and was clean and cosy. Lovely rural location. Lovely wood burner and hot tub. Welcome pack inside house was very useful. Owners were very receptive when it came to communication and questions throughout stay. only advisory was the Kitchen- It wasn't really equipped to cater for a large group. But all in all a lovely stay.
