Lovely accommodation with lots of space for 6 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs. Cinema room was enjoyed by the children. Excellent storage in the kitchen and plenty of comfy seating in the living area for everyone. Beds were very comfortable and despite bring near a road noise from traffic was never an issue. Lovely location and pleasant walk into cen tre of Appledore.

Great bungalow, everything there that we needed. Fab hot tub and cinema room which the granddaughters absolutely loved. Loads of room and lovely comfy beds. Dogs loved the Burrows, weekly ticket definitely worth purchasing. Lovely village. Definitely recommend .

First time in Devon and really loved Appledore and Instow. Plenty of great seafood to be had locally too. Fairways is a great place for a family, living area with the views is fab. 2 min drive down to quayside or 10 min walk but steep walk back up. Only negative was lack of furniture to hang clothes but hopefully this might get rectified. Would def initely recommend. Owner Ian very pleasant to deal with by phone too. We drove a long way from York to get here but it was well worth it.

What a great experience. Lovely property and location. The living room is so light and roomy with a perfect view of the setting sun behind a panoramic landscape. The owner was very helpful also and we arrived to a bottle of prosecco and a cream tea. Well done and thanks for your hospitality.

Fabulous holiday, plenty to do , nice walks . Dogs loved being in the sea everyday. Scones, cream , Jam and Prosecco all a lovely surprise, on arrival, weather was amazing so didnt get to use the cinema room. Fairways was a delight, would thoroughly recommend.

Great accommodation. Well equipped. Good location in close proximity to fab restaurants/pubs/deli/ice-cream van; harbour & smart gift shops/gallery. The Owners' info pack was really useful. The hot tub & cinema were much appreciated especially in the wet weather. The cream tea was a delicious surprise, as was the popcorn. Our three generations thor oughly enjoyed their time in Appledore & 1 Fairways played a big part in making the holiday so successful. Thank you very much Ian & Family.

We were a party of four adults, a three year old, a 14 year old and a Golden Retriever. The property was lovely. Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. The open plan living area was the perfect socialising space with wonderful views over the estuary. The cottage is very dog friendly and throws are provided to put on the sofas if you have a poo ch who is used to sitting on the sofa. The cinema room and hot tub are fabulous. Just Eat also deliver to the house which was great for takeaways

A perfect weekend away, the property is amazing and very comfortable . Just a few things to suggest To take with you - bathrobes & slippers , tea bags , milk , bread, eggs, butter & marmalade for following morning breakfast . Hot tub is fantastic , cinema room a real asset, mattresses & pillows comfy. Parking very good & safe , enclosed garden very safe for dogs . A quiet area , local Chinese takeaway yumee was first class quality and delivered on time .

Amazing property for a short getaway with adult family. The social space is excellent with amazing views and we spent most of the three days in here. Great to have the hot tub as well. Cinema room was nice to have if we wanted somewhere quieter to sit - our kids would love this so we hope to bring them with us next time! The property was very clean and tidy and we had everything we needed. The scones, cream and jam left for us by the owners was a lovely extra too!

Fairways is an absolutely beautiful holiday home. Very modern and comfortable with all required amenities. Plenty of open space and the bedrooms are very comfortable. Plenty of parking and beautiful view out over Westwood ho beach. Ian very helpful and obliging after a member of our group having an accident on the last night and needing hospital tr eatment. Ian said we could stay later on check out day. Highly recommend this property. Couldnt have asked for better.
