We had a really lovely stay at The Chestnut Tree. The cottage is super comfy and well-stockedand the hot tub was a definite highlight! The access roads are a bit tricky at first, but we soon found the best route. It’s perfectly located to visit loads of great spots nearby. Richard and Jenny were so friendly and attentive, making our two weeks just perfect. We’d definitely come back!

We absolutely love staying at The Chestnut Tree! The place is stunningand everything you need is right there-no fuss at all. Richard and Jenny are super friendly and helpful, but they also give you plenty of space to relax. The garden’s perfect for unwinding, with a BBQ, outdoor diningand a hot tub that’s just lovely. The cottage has a surprisingly good-sized TV, which isn’t always easy to find, plus two fridges and a decent freezer-great for a longer stay. We go every year and already booked for next-can’t beat it!

The Eden Project is a fantastic local attraction in Cornwall which will appeal to families and couples.  From the moment you step through the entrance it's clear that this is no ordinary attraction.  All under one roof you will find a giant rainforest, Horticulture courses, rock climbing, ice skating and an arts cafe.  Not all of these activities are on at one time, they are staggered throughout the year so check out the website to see what's available when you plan to visit.  Autumn at Eden is very popular with events such as daily apple pressing and Time Changing Tales (story telling with an autumn theme).

Open from end March to end October this is a lovely attraction suited to families with kids of all ages.  You don't need to worry about the weather either as this is an all weather attraction with the addition of soft play areas and a ball pool for the little ones.  Some of the highlights include the Bull Pen indoor play area, the Raging Bulls Ride, Pat-aPet and the Mini tractors.  Of course there is also the opportunity to get up close to the farm animals and try some bottle feeding.

This attraction is really unique in that you have the opportunity to gain a rare insight into a working sanctuary.  You can see first hand all of the fantastic work carried out as well as seeing the monkeys themselves.  Other popular areas of this attraction include the Bat Cave and Wildlife Room. the Wildlife Gardens and the kids play area.  There is something for everyone at The Monkey Sanctuary and you can also sponsor and donate if you wish.  The cost to adopt a monkey is from just £2 a month.
Adrenaline Quarry - PL14 5AE
