Fantastic location and views. House was very spacious with everything you need. Ideal for those with dogs as right on the Burrows doorstep. Lots of places close by to eat that are dog friendly and plenty of take aways too: Atlantic Fish and chip shop and Pig and Olive pizza place both very good. We will definitely return.

We had a lovely stay at Mondeville - Location is great, minutes from the beach and plenty of space internally. Garden is fully secure for dogs but can only be accessed via a bedroom or the side gate. The only downside was the amount of noise that could be heard downstairs in the bedrooms when people were upstairs in the living space. We had a baby Read morewith us and we struggled to get them to sleep because of this, however otherwise the perfect stay. Highly recommend Hide

We stayed at Mondeville for a surprise family holiday in June 23. The house is excellent and we loved the open plan living, with fantastic views of the burrows and sea/coastline beyond. The hot tub, pool table and good sized garden ensured everyone was catered for. We couldnt fault it.

The property was exactly as described on the website with all amenities within walking distance. Just a short walk from the beach and as we were there from 1st May our dog was still able to use one part of the beach. Would highly recommend Morans Thai restaurant. Lots of places to visit within easy reach. We had no hot water on one morning but this was due to pressure dropping on the boiler and was quickly resolved by phoning Jane who sent Paul around to sort it out. Would stay here again.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The views from the upstairs rooms are outstanding you could spend hours just sitting and watching. All local amenities are on the door step just a few minutes walk away, pubs, shops and Tesco's express and if you arrive late in the day and need some food there's a lovely pizza shop around the corner. Dog frien dly part of the beach is on the left hand side of the beach after the lifeguards hut on the pebble ridge about 15 minutes walk from the property.

Good layout for the most part. Slightly annoying to have to go through a bedroom to get to the back garden but we coped. Upstairs has great space and the views are amazing. Outside dining table saw some use but its somewhat overlooked by the neighbours. The space in the house was enough that 8 people didnt feel claustrophobic even when we stayed in the whole day. Plenty of room to spread out. Beds are comfy and bathrooms clean. The double bed at the front can get hot as it has the sun on it.

We arrived earlier than we thought at the house and the owner was really helpful in letting us know when we could enter the house. Mondeville is great for 6-8 guests. Very well situated. Good quality facilities and spacious. Weather was dreadful but we made use of the pool table and had taken games with us. Ideal for a long weekend. Holiday Cottages were very helpful at time of booking. Well recommended.
