This property is superbly located and is a credit to Darryl and his family - no stone left unturned in making us feel welcome and handy tips on where to visit - only problem was deciding which places to visit in a weeks stay.
Jane
Excellent rural tranquil surroundings, spacious super clean farmhouse beautifully renovated to a very high standard. Private with amazing views, games room and hot tub. This is a lovely and spacious cottage in a very quiet and picturesque location. The house was immaculately clean and well presented. The games room and hot tub were a particular hit with our children. The owners are very helpful and were keen to make our stay go smoothly. All in all, this is a cottage we wouldnt hesitate to return to.

We really enjoyed staying as a family the farmhouse had everything you could ask for. We spent evenings in the games room and hot tub. The hosts Carys and Darryl were extremely helpful and made us all feel very welcome. Would highly recommend this farmhouse. The Bressington Family.
Jenny
A beautiful, large, immaculately clean cottage. The location is so picturesque and peaceful, surrounded by countryside and the grounds well maintained (nothing is out of place -you can see how hard the hosts work to make this so). The whole family loved the games room and the hot tub, so even on rainy days the kids were happy. The road to the prope rty is a little tricky but worth it once you arrive. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and always available to help. Will def return.
Pieter
Absolutely amazing. Local to many attractions and the view is stunning.
Julie
Beautiful location. Excellent facilities. Helpful, lovely owners.
Peter
A superb country farmhouse in an idyllic setting with wide views across the countryside and a pair of red kites flying overhead for company. A family of six adults, a lively four year old and a dog enjoyed a relaxing week at this comfortable and well equipped farmhouse. We made good use of the hot tub and games room and sat out one evening to watch the sun go down (wrapped in blankets). The owners Darryl and Carys were very welcoming and provided lots of good advice on places to visit.
Sarah
We had a fantastic week staying at the farmhouse. The property was spacious, well equipped and in an amazing setting. The views, bird life and resident sheep reinforced the rural location. The hot tub and games room were brilliant and we enjoyed trips to the coast, castles and further afield into mid-Wales. The owners are lovely people who encourag e you to enjoy the property and will gladly share suggestions for trips / pubs. Darryl working with his dog was a highlight. Thank you both!
Samuel
The cottage was perfect for our group family stay and the owners were absolutely lovely and accommodating. The house lay out is great, the use of space is brilliant and the quality of everything is top notch. The extended games room and hot tub facilities were the icing on the cake. The views we're amazing and what a sunset! We had two dogs and two kids in the party as well and the cottage were very accommodating for them. Can't fault anything tbh. Hope to go again!
Amber
A stunning property in a stunning location! The house has been built to a really high spec. A lot of time and attention has been put into making this house feel like a home, and with everything you could need during your stay. There is so much space inside, it was an excellent family retreat! The dedicated games room and hot tub were a fantastic bo nus! We absolutely recommend this house to anyone wanting to enjoy a 5 star house in the heart of Wales.
Carl
Great place that accommodated two toddlers very well. Couldn't ask for a more lovely venue to bring two families together for a week
Clare
High quality finish. Dog friendly, amazing landlord and everything was immaculate! Fully stocked kitchen everything you need. Underfloor heating means the cottage is always cosy! 100% recommend!!!
Ryan
Im not usually one for leaving reviews, but the lovely owners of this stunning cottage deserve a glowing one. To start off its in a beautiful location, even though the road to the property is a bit rough, but getting there makes it all worth while as the views are fantastic. The property itself has everything you need and more, including the hot tu b (which we made good use of). All in all, we had a fantastic week and would love to stay there again, and we couldnt recommend it more.
Emma
We cannot recommend enough! Beautiful spacious house, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. Has everything you could want and more! The owners are lovely and were welcoming and helpful. Large bedrooms, huge comfy beds, just the place to get away from it all! The kitchen and dining room was perfect, and the waterfall outside is mesmerising! The games room is an added bonus and the hot tub is the best weve used! Wonderful views, and fabulous beaches nearby too. Cant wait to return!
Amanda
Stunning cottage, high quality. Very remote, perfect for avoiding fireworks! Fabulous kitchen. Hot tub & games room fantastic. Downsides for me: very long, steep & winding road to the property so not for the feint-hearted, plus 3 cattle grids, had to drive anywhere, yet surrounded by vast beautiful lawns, lots of sheep so doggies on leads at all t imes other than the small cobbled yard at rear. Long drives to beaches but worth it. Owners are so lovely!
Mitch
2 families sharing with 4 adults, 4 kids and a dog. The house was perfect for sharing, lots of space inside and out, very clean and new with all the appliances youd need. Hot tub and games area is great, it gave the kids lots to do when it rained. The location was beautiful with good walks and beaches nearby. The owners were great and couldnt have been more helpful, the house was well stocked up with more than youd normally expect, especially for the dog. Would definitely recommend
