Bluebell Reviews

We had a fantastic time for our stay at Bluebell. The view was spectacular! The perfect setting for a couples get away! We loved it so much that, on the same day we left we booked to come back for a week in February! The cabin was everything we could have asked for and we are looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Scott and Lynzie
Deborah
Lovely lodge private and great views, had everything needed for our stay and Lovely welcome hamper with some sachets of coffee tea sugar butter and jam with bread and juice. There's a coop nearby for anything you might need and plenty to do nearby. I would definitely recommend

What a lovely little cabin. The view was amazing, the facilities where great, and the owner was understanding and accommodating. We arrived slightly later then normal checkin but phoned to let the owner know, he was polite and understanding of the situation. The hot tub was great, it was private and lovely and clean when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything we asked for and more.
An excellent stay at an excellent property with wonderful scenery and privacy. Welcome pack was comparable with an up market hotel and after speaking to the owner whilst he was checking the hot tub status warmed our hearts. We will be definitely returning to see what its like in the summer.,

Possibly the most peaceful, relaxing and perfect break I've ever had. Lodge is just perfect, warm and cosy and the hot tub is brilliant for lounging around in and admiring the stunning view. The little welcome basket was a lovely touch and the croissants were delicious. Will definitely be booking again.
Loved this place so much! Very nice and clean could have done with hand wash?
This place was exactly what I wanted to book, it was spotless and Adam was very helpful. The welcome basket was a lovely touch and the hot tub was amazing! The kitchen was perfectly stocked with utensils and pots pans and it was so nice to have a dishwasher to do the washing up. I will definitely book to stay here again and have already recommended others to stay here too.
Great property. The welcome hamper was beautifully presented with quality products. Nice quality touches with the slippers with the towels too. Very quiet and relaxing site, and the hot tub had a great view down to the lake. Just what we needed after 3 years!

Myself and my partner had booked at Steam mill Lodges for our minimoon. Adam and his family where very welcoming upon checking in. Comprehensive file of information for you to soak in. The location of the the lodge was idealic for a peaceful break away. Well maintained lodge with a welcome hamper and slippers. Added bonus was an amazing hot tub. All the creature comforts you will ever need for a short break away. Beautiful natural lake to view with swans swimming daily. Be prepared to drive for days out as the lodges are secluded. We knew this already in advance. Cricketts Inn is a must for and evening meal. Half way house is a welcoming Home style pub. Thank you grace who works there for making us feel welcome. Once again thank you for you hospitality Adam and family.
The Bluebell Lodge was absolutely perfect for my husband and myself. The arrival details provided were spot on and check inout was super easy. The little welcome bundle was a lovely addition to get us started as well. It was very clean and the hot tub was amazing and good to go on arrival. We'll definitely be booking again and for longer next time.... when we can find another babysitter

We chose to come here for our UK honeymoon! We are very thankful that we did. The surroundings are amazing, the people are so kind and easy to talk to. We were welcomed with a lovely rustic crate filled with some essentials all locally sourced, and a guide booklet to tell us everything we needed to know about the lodge, the hot tub and all electrical equipment. The lodge was set up lovely on arrival and hottub was ready to go whenever we were ready. There is alot to do close by and far away if like us we are fond on exploring new areas. Adam the owner popped in for a check in to make sure everything was okay, and to offer some of his knowledge for the surrounding areas. He was absolutely lovely, really nice and easy to get on with. We have made so many memories here, in this gorgeous setting and we will look forward to coming back here for anniversaries to come!
I booked a long weekend away with my sister. We both enjoyed our stay. Bluebell was lovely lodge to stay in and a peaceful location. Great place for some quiet time and relaxation.I would definitely go again!
