This property is situated in a prime location for the Peak District. The bungalow is as shown on the website, well presented and immaculately clean. Would recommend a holiday here to all age groups.

Great property with everything you would need for your stay, including a hot tub with lovely open countryside views. Parking for a couple of cars on the driveway. Nicely decorated and really clean. Ideal location close to many walks and a short drive to shops. Only negative would be that when we arrived, a notice in the property said we could not use the hot tub until the following day due to it having been refilled. I would expect to be able to use the facilities for the duration of the stay. We called the owner to clarify this. The hot tub was not very warm on both days either.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. Lovely surrounding views. Only spent 1030 minutes travelling to places to visit, so it's really quite central for most things to visit in the peak district. No faults with cottage at all, had everything we could possibly need. Bed was comfy and the hot tub was a bonus! We'll be returning next year as we ran out of time to do all the things we wanted to do.

Clean and quiet escape to the country. I can't fault my experience at this idyllic farm house. The house has everything you could need along with a welcome tray of teas, coffees, hot choc and jams! We had a lovely week at New Elm Tree Farm, despite some mixed weather! It is in a lovely location in the countryside but a very short walk from a pub. Our baby daughter enjoyed watching the sheep and chickens in the field next door. The house is spacious, with all modern fittings, very well maintained and very clean. There are lots of nearby walks straight from the house, and a short drive to many interesting activities. We would thoroughly recommend staying here, and we may be back ourselves.

You are transported from the valley floor right up above where you can enjoy superb Dewent Valley Views. You can also stroll around 60 acres of wooded hillside on foot to see an array of birds and wildlife.

Gulliver's Kingdome is a family friendly theme park offering many attractions for children of all ages. The site is rather unique and features a huge array of rides including log flumes, roller coasters and pirate ships.
