The cottage is well equipped with high speck appliances and really comfortable furnishings, a real home from home, garden is well enclosed and safe for children and dogs , the hot tub was well needed and enjoyed Lovely dog walks near by, take your wellies ! Hartland village is pretty and friendly, Lisas soft crocheted creatures have found loving ho mes. The owners left us a yummy cream tea and bottle of wine ! They ensured we understood how to use the essentials. Great week away to unwind.

Kitchen was a dream with lots of equipment, we had full on roast dinner one night! A beautiful, exceptionally equipped, private bungalow in a lovely little village. We only managed to stay until Monday as one of our dogs was very unwell and we really wanted him to see our own vet. We managed to visit Westward Ho Beach and Summerleaze Beach - both very dog friendly, but check tide times. The local chips were delicious. Hot tub was just perfect - bring sliders to wear to walk to it as shoes will get wet. Such a gem of a bungalow and we will maybe get to return in the future.

We had a lovely week at Chubby Croft! The cottage is in a great location - on arrival we were worried it was in a busy cul de sac but as soon as we pulled in, our worries disappeared. The cottage is easily in the best plot of the cul de sac and the views from the garden are amazing. It is so peaceful & quiet. The cottage is spotless!
