A fabulous holiday home with a secure garden which was perfect for our 2 dogs. We loved the fact that we were in the corner with only neighbours to one side of us. Its very private and in easy walking distance of the beach and the town. We walked to Appledore, explored rock pools and had fabulous pub lunches. The weather was not kind to us and we s pent one day not moving far from the house. It made such a difference having an amazing space to stay in with many luxurious touches.

Ideally situated, very clean (I'm fussy too) and equipped with everything you need. This was perfect for our 2 dogs as the garden is completely enclosed. I would highly recommend staying here if you're thinking of going to Devon.

We had 6 staying at this house ranging from 13 to 80 and 2 dogs, the house suited us all. The beds were super comfy the house was spotless. We would thoroughly recommend this accommodation. We really appreciated the space.

This was a fab place to stay the location is fab we all loved the hot tub house is so modern the garden is enclosed for dogs and children the milk and coffe e and flowers a lovely touch after a long journey you wont be disappointed

Super property . Spacious, light, spotless, very well equipped and furnished property. Nice finishing touches. Excellent hot tub and garden furniture. Very dog friendly. Only slight negative is the building work over the road which can be a bit noisy 8-4 weekdays. I would definitely recommend this house for a very comfortable week in this part of D evon.

The home is lovely, spacious and bright. It had everything we needed, even the dogs were catered for. The hot tub was a delight and the secure garden is brilliant for the dogs. The area and locality to the sea is brilliant and we had great fun exploring the area. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and have everything you could need. We had an ama zing time and we cannot wait to return.

Beautiful house on a nice quiet estate with all amenities you could need. Very spacious. Lovely welcome gifts on arrival. Felt very much at home. Not too far to walk to the nearest bar/restaurant (10 minutes). Great position for driving to other locations.

House is lovely, well equipped and very clean. Owners have thought of everything and everything is of a very high standard. For a change beds were comfy and pillows too. Makes a change to have a king size bed when away. Garden is secure for the dogs and the hot tub is welcomed after a day out walking on a winters day. Cannot fault this property at all.

Beautifully furnished accommodation in a corner plot. Many nice touches on arrival, wine, biscuits, kitchen essentials and bathroom toiletries. Comfortable beds and excellent showers. Nice location within the complex and a 10 minute walk from local amenities and the lovely flat sandy beaches. Reverse layout makes the living/dining area bright and a iry. Good stock of board games and surf boards available for use by guests should you be that way inclined. Outdoor games available and nice hot tub.

Exmoor Zoo is described as a "family zoo" on their website and it certainly makes a great day out for families.  There are many exotic and rare animals as well as birds to see which are living in natural surroundings.  Some recent improvements at the zoo include a new 5 metre tower at the cheetahs and raised walkways at the "beast".  There is also a new viewing platform over the sitatunga.  As well as the amazing animals to experience there are regular fun activities such as face painting, daily events and zoo trails.
