Pelican Barn Reviews

Gavin
The cottage was perfect for our stay, the property was well presented with a fantastically well equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the seating ares again made it easy to relax. The information pack was one of the best easy to follow and most informative I have experienced in a rental. As I grew up only three mile from the village iRead moret was great to learn more about the are I though I knew well. we did meet Nick the owner during who was incredibly helpful and provided some interesting additional history about the barn. I would highly the recommend this as a place to stay for anyone wishing to explore Norwich and travel further across Norfolk to the coast. Hide
Gordon
A generally pleasant property with particularly well equipped kitchen, but with other minor drawbacks. Good size enclosed garden. However, the small road outside is sometimes quite busy with (often speeding) cars and dog walks from the door are very limited,
Andrew
Beautiful, spacious cottage. Very clean and well equipped with essentials. Some lovely additional touches (coffee pods, cookies and more)
Tanya
We had a fantastic stay at Pelican Barn, it was a stunning property. Would highly recommend.
Michael
First class, very comfortable
Vicky
The barn itself was so lovely, the facilities were all in great condition and the area was so lovely. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the equipment we needed and the beds were extremely comfortable! We took our dog and the garden was amazing for her. Would highly recommend for a family needing a relaxing break
Martina
This is a very nice property and it was fun to have the hot tub. Takes a little bit of time to get this going so factor this in. We had a question about the property and the people who take care of the barn were very quick to respond and really friendly. It's a bit of a distance to the sea but a good location for getting to Norwich and a few otheRead morer spots. You will need a car to get the most from the location. Would recommend it and book again. The history of the barn and the hall nearby is great. A joy also to see deer and a woodpecker in the nearby woods next door to the barn. Hide
Sara
Very well equipped and comfortable barn, location was lovely, quiet and relaxing.
Adam
Stunning property in an excellent location, quiet but still close enough to amenities to be convenient. Probably the best equipped rental home I have stayed in, with everything to hand that you could possibly need. Would serve equally well as a base for exploration or as a weeks quiet hideaway. Excellent communication from the owner prior to our Read morestay, giving us full instructions for hot tub care and operation, plus other useful information. Cannot recommend this property highly enough. Hide
Lindsay

Peter

We love this attraction in Scoulton, Norfolk with a great collection of animals.  Children and adults alike have the chance to get hands on with the animals in the special handling areas.  On rainy days there is always the indoor play area for the little ones and when it's time for a bite to eat the cafe on the farm is open all day selling drinks and snacks.  Hot food is available over lunch times.
