Dawns House Reviews

Emma Clarke
We stayed in this beautifully decorated house with incredible views. The kitchen was fully equipped, with tea, coffee, sugarand some nice biscuits - a thoughtful touch! It would have been great to find a small milk bottle, but otherwise all info we needed was in the folder, including some interesting house history. The beds were comfyand the hot tub was a real highlight. Only thing missing was recycling info - we weren’t sure where to sort waste. Still, a lovely stay overall!

We loved the house, especially being in a cosy little town with charming pubs and shops nearby. The view of the countryside was stunning, perfect for walks to Black Rocks. Parking was no trouble for our two cars. Just a heads up, if you're sensitive to noise, the road sounds might be noticeable. Still, a lovely stay!

We stayed in this cosy little house and honestly, it’s perfect for exploring the stunning area around. The beds are incredibly comfy thanks to Emma mattresses, so we all slept really well. The hot tub was definitely the best part - after a day walking through the lovely countryside, soaking in the jets with some music was just what we needed. Cromford village is charming, especially the view over the mill pond. We even had a fun night at The Boat for quiz night, complete with cheesy chips and free cake. Definitely recommend!
