Head inside your new home away from home, where a spacious kitchen/diner awaits, fully equipped to handle everything from quick breakfasts to hearty evening feasts. Just next door, a useful utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer makes longer stays a breeze.

The wonderful sitting room provides a welcoming retreat, complete with a Smart TV and the warm glow of a woodburning stove, the perfect spot to put your feet up after a day of exploring. Flooded with natural light, the grand oak summer room offers a charming setting for memorable meals, with views stretching out over the garden.

Step outside, and you’ll find a true haven for outdoor living. Fire up the barbecue for an al-fresco feast, stretch out on the lawn with a good book, or sink into the hot tub as the evening sky darkens, whether it's a crisp winter night or a balmy summer’s evening, there’s no better way to unwind.

The ground floor also hosts a pleasant king-size bedroom with an integrated TV, ideal for those who prefer fewer stairs, and a convenient cloakroom to cater to your needs. Venture upstairs to discover three further bedrooms; a super-king-size with a TV and an elegant en-suite for that extra touch of privacy, a double, and a twin which is ideal for any younger guests or even friends sharing.

Finally, there is a family bathroom where you can unload the stresses of the day with a hot soak in the bath or a steamy rinse under the shower. Minutes away from your abode, venture to the thrilling Donington Park Circuit for a day of exhilarating motor-sport, or embrace tranquillity and natural beauty as you explore the treasures of the National Trust's Calke Abbey.
