We had such a lovely weekend here! The cottage was spotlessly clean and really well stocked with everything we needed. The rooms were spacious enough for all seven of us and our dog. Loved the hot tub after a day out exploring Dovedale and Alton Towers nearby. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is lovely and spacious, in a peaceful spot with nice footpaths nearby. The hot tub and games room were perfect for unwinding after exploring. There’s a great pub just a walk away in Parwichand loads of other places within easy driving distance. All in all, a fantastic week, would definitely come again!
Emma
We really enjoyed the stunning views from the upstairs bedroom and kitchen, it’s such a lovely spot. The kids couldn’t get enough of the hot tub, which was definitely a highlight. The location is great for exploring nearby attractions. Just a heads up, it’s right next to a working farm, so there’s the usual farm smells, noise from machineryand flies. The garden isn’t fully secure because of a low wall behind the games room, so farm dogs can get in and out, plus no dogs upstairs. We had to keep a close eye on our dog, which was a bit stressful. Overall, a nice place but be prepared for farm life!
Emma Clarke
After a year, we returned and it still didn’t disappoint! We usually try new spots, but this place’s charm keeps pulling us back. The house remains spotless and cosy, with all essentials. The views are simply gorgeous - valley scenery and farm animals make it special. Perfect for a peaceful break with plenty lovely walks nearby. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this lovely cottage with a group of friendsand it was fantastic. The place comfortably sleeps 8 thanks to the four huge zip and link beds, even though we only had 6. The kitchen really brought everyone together, with that big oval table and stunning views of the hills. The lounge was cosy and spacious, perfect for relaxing by the log burner. The hot tub was spotless and just what we needed, even in the cold. We had a blast in the games room - overall, a brilliant stay!

We had a really lovely stay at this cottage. The place is well kitted out and super comfy, with four spacious bedrooms featuring super king beds. The hot tub was a highlightand the games room was fun, though we didn’t use it as much due to the fantastic weather. A couple of things that could improve are adding a large parasol outside for shade and some fans upstairs in the bedrooms, especially in the heat. Overall, a great break!
