From the 6th to the 7th tee, you will come to the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust's Askham Nature Reserve, perfect for country lovers.
A short drive away is the thriving cathedral city of York, rich with history and culture. History lovers will delight in York Minster, a Gothic-style medieval cathedral, as well as the old street Shambles, dating back to the 14th century.
