Excellent, our second visit and we'll return again total home from home. The hosts are quick to resolve any issues and they should be very proud of such a lovely accommodation. A visit to King street is well worth it, lovely independent butchers and bakery shops. We would highly recommend a visit.

We had a great week, and were lucky to get good weather so were able to use the balcony most days. The view to the loch is marvellous, and the park is well used by local people. The lodge needs to be seen to appreciate just how high end everything is, right down to the Denby crockery. We were very fortunate with the weather but this was the most comfortable, relaxing break we have ever had. The bedrooms and beds are excellent, the bathrooms are amazing and the whole upstairs, including the bi-fold doors and balcony are fan tastic. Wed definitely recommend the lodge to anyone.

One of the best holiday homes we have stayed in. It was my wife's 60 th birthday and she really loved the home and the hot tub. Ideal for base for touring the area. Owners have put a lot of work into the property. It had all the mod cons you need and was spotless which I liked as I am quite fussy. So thank you all.
Richard

Alison

Nicola
A home from home but better. The apartment is stunning with views to match. Very very clean and well maintained. The information book that the owner supply is brilliant. Lovely shops on the high street that is minutes away with everything you need. Moores chip ship at the top of street with proper chippy chips amazing. Drove to Dumfries and another couple of places but we wanted a relaxing holiday so spent a lot of time in hot tub. Great walk around the loch and back along high street
John
Fulfilled all the claims and more from the brochure. Not very often that happens Thanks for your part in a lovely week
Gillian
A very comfortable, contemporary accommodation in a lovely location. We particularly liked the feature wall in the open plan living area. The bed was very comfy and we loved having a hot tub to have the use of at the end of a busy day. There was lots of extras, coffee machine, sandwich maker etc. There was only the two of us, so it was a great adva ntage to have our own bathrooms.
Fiona
I think everything was pretty perfect, thank you
Claire
The apartment could not have suited us better. The location gave us the best of many worlds - tranquil loch plus grassy park where we could walk the dog; charming main street for groceries, gifts and eateries; and a number of beaches and tourist attractions a stones throw away. The apartment itself was shiny, tasteful and kitted out with everything we needed and more. Comfy beds and a balcony where we spent many hours. Lots of lovely small touches too: guest slippers and a welcome basket. Fab!
Iain
Very spacious and comfortable accommodation with all mod cons. Great idea to have the house designed upside down which worked for the open plan living and balcony.
Hazel
The house was amazing with everything you could want for the perfect holiday. The owner's attention to detail was greatly appreciated, as was the excellent welcome basket & fresh flowers waiting for us on arrival. We all had an excellent time!
Steve
