We had a lovely stay at Meadowside Barn. It was really well equipped, quiet and perfect for us and a small dog. The owners were really quick to respond when we had a query, immediately sorted a small problem that we had on day one and left a lovely welcome pack for our arrival. We will definitely return!
Sue
We appreciated the welcome pack after a long journey. This is a comfortable barn conversion with a completely safe and enclosed garden for the dog. Great location for touring east Cornwall. Cottage was very comfortable and really dog friendly (secure rear garden, dogs allowed on sofas and bed as long as the throws provided were used and a dog toy was part of the welcome pack).

Everything at Meadowside was perfect! It was so warm and cosy during a very artic spell of weather. We were very impressed with kitchen and equipment and also touches like shower and hand wash and lovely welcome basket. The location was great for a number of beaches ( for dog walking! The owners couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you.
STEFAN ROBERT
Lovely spacious cottage, with everything you need for a lovely relaxed stay. Plenty of wood provided for the log burner which was nice, easy access to looe and surrounding area. One disappointment the local pub is a drive so someone has to drive.
Jacinta
It's a delightful cottage, with absolutely every attention to detail. The hosts had thought of everything, even supplying eggs, milk and bread. It's in a very rural location, so a car is a must, but that same location means it's really tranquil. An absolutely beautiful stay- thank you!
Graham

Rebecca
Cottage lovely location rather than being in a busy town area. Be aware it is near a farm track so lots of movement from machinery most days, we are from Norfolk so used to it! Enclosed garden perfect for a dog, hot tub was a great treat for us! Didn't use the log burner as we had amazing weather! All the facilities in the cottage more than adequat e.
Beverley

Emma
What a fabulous place to stay! The welcome pack is a lovely touch, the eggs are scrumptious. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need during your stay. The log burner was a must after getting soaked whilst out for the day. Hot tub was also a fab place to relax with a drink after a day out at the seaside. The owners are onl y next door but you wouldn't know that they were there, but are only a call or text away if needed. Will definitely make a return visit in the future
Rebecca

Aby
Cottage was very clean and tidy with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a bonus! The hamper of food and cleaning products was a nice touch & appreciated. The only downsides were that the road was busy and noisy so this made it a little less relaxing. The garden was also a little smaller than it looked in the photos and ove rlooked We were warned of building work a few days before our stay, but this didn't disrupt us too much.
Andrea
The cottage is beautiful, everything you need for a quiet and restful holiday. The welcome basket is a great touch and much appreciated. The fresh eggs and wholemeal loaf were very tasty. Even milk in the fridge too! Everything had been taken care of and the cottage is decorated to a very high standard. Fabulous week in the peace and quiet and a h ot tub too, our own little slice of heaven for a week. Thank you for letting us stay. Andrea & Roger
Colin

Helen
Lovely barn conversion. Wood-burner and hot-tub greatly appreciated after days out sightseeing. Enclosed private garden great for our small dog. Owners friendly and responsive if any queries. Everything you should need in the kitchen, except if you like a coffee machine (We always take our own so not a problem for us). Great location for getting to Looe, Polperro, Golitha Falls (Nr Liskeard) and Mevagissey and across to Padstow etc on the north west coast. Would recommend to friends!
Davina

Bethany
Great place to stay, also dog friendly. Very clean and well equipped cottage, has more than everything you will need. Location is perfect, plenty of beaches and places to walk. Owners very responsive if you have any questions and we were made to feel very welcome in this property with a complimentary basket/ firewood/ dog treats. Will definitely re commended and would return in the future.
Michele
Amazing barn, extremely clean and we wanted for nothing. It was brilliant for our little dog, Luna as the garden was enclosed and she could wander out when she wanted to and we knew she was safe. Owners were great, we thought we would have to travel late due to my partner being in hospital and they were very understanding but we made it on holiday! Great base for travelling around Cornwall.
Debra
Lovely location well equipped kitchen. Ben and Holly were lovely hosts welcome pack with freshly laid eggs and plenty of tea and coffee. Hot tub was a nice bonus to enjoy on a warm summer evening. Would highly recommend a visit.
Roger
