Our stay at Meadowside Barn was really lovely. The place is super quiet and well kitted out, great for us and our little dog. The owners responded swiftly to our questions and sorted out a minor issue on the first day. Plus, the welcome pack was a nice touch. We’ll definitely be back! Would highly recommend.
Emma
We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome pack after a long trip. The barn conversion is cosy and feels quite homey, with a secure, enclosed garden perfect for our dog. The cottage was especially welcome given the unseasonably chilly and damp weather we had in September! The only downside is that there aren't many nearby safe walks for dogs, so you do need to drive everywhere.
Alex Morgan
We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage was spotless and totally dog-friendly, which was a big plus for us. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils you'd need, making cooking easy. Its location is perfect for exploring Looe, Polperroand Liskeard, plus the A38 and A390 are handy for getting around Cornwall. The welcome pack was a lovely touchand our dog loved his treats and ball. Overall, a very nice trip!

The cottage's perfect spot made exploring east Cornwall a breeze. It was super cosy and welcomed dogs with open arms-secure garden, sofas and bed allowed, plus lovely throws and a toy in the welcome pack. We’ll definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was super cosy and felt very welcoming. Even with the rainy weather, relaxing in the hot tub and watching TV apps was just what we needed. The log fire was lovely too. We appreciated how pet friendly it wasand Downderry beach nearby is perfect for dog walks. The welcome pack was a nice touch!
Emma

Meadowside was just lovely! Despite the freezing weather outside, it felt so warm and welcoming inside. The kitchen had all we neededand the little touches like the shower and hand wash made a difference. The location was perfect for walking the dogs on nearby beaches. The owners were super helpful. We had a great stay, thank you!
James Carter
We really enjoyed this roomy cottage, perfect for a chillaxing break. It had all we needed, including plenty of logs for the fire. The location was good, just a short drive to Looe. The only thing was, the pub nearby was a bit far out, so someone had to drive. Still, loved it!
Emma
This cottage is charming, with such thoughtful touches. The hosts really went above and beyond, leaving eggs, milkand bread. It's deep in the countryside, so a car’s essential, but that peace and quiet are worth it. We loved every minute of our stay, thank you!
Sarah
What a fabulous place to stay! The welcome pack was such a lovely touch and those eggs were scrumptious. The cottage was absolutely spotlessly clean and had everything we could need during our stay. That log burner was a must after we got soaked while out for the day. The hot tub was also a fab place to chill with a drink after a day out at the seaside. The owners are only next door but you wouldn't even know they were there, although they're just a call or text away if needed. We will definitely be returning in the future!
Mark
Everything was excellent, cheers! We enjoyed a really relaxing break.
