Lovely cottage, peaceful location with great views of the countryside. Cream tea for us and treats for our dog on arrival made us all feel very welcome. Everything we needed so it was a home from home and Launceton is a five minute drive away. The hot tub was amazing and a real treat after a day out exploring Devon/Cornwall.

We had a wonderful holiday at Otter Barn. Really close to Launceston and many shops, including the garden centre. Not far from the north coast and the Eden project. Darren has been so helpful and always present if needed. The paddock for the dog has been really appreciated. We would return for sure.
Debbie
Lovely peaceful setting in a good location . Scones, jam and cream on arrival and a Dog bed, towel and treats were nice touches ! We enjoyed using the hot tub each day to come back to after a day out exploring. Would recommend.
Lisa
Stayed in otter barn for a week and it was just perfect. If your looking for somewhere with things to do in walking distance this isn't the place. It's location for us was perfect and most places we wanted to visit was only a hour drive away . Totally loved this place and will 100 percent definitely will go back. I could write page's about how stun ning/peaceful this place is. Would recommend to anyone that doesn't want things in walking distance
Kate
Beautiful barn accommodation in a quiet location where the roads are virtually empty compared to the busy seaside resorts of Cornwall. Only 30 minutes by car to Bude and the beaches, where we did Coasteering, paddleboarding and swam in the (very clean) sea. Our furthest excursion was to the Lost Gardens, an hour away and well worth the drive. Lovel y walking at Lydford Gorge National Trust to see the fantastic waterfall. Staying here was far better value than a coastal cottage. We'll be back.
Rachel
Had a wonderful relaxing week at Otter Barn. All amenities provided and particularly liked the added touch of the welcome cream teas and fudge. Darren was absolutely brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful and lovely. Stunning views across the lakes (especially at sunset). Proximity to the A30 meant it's an ideal location for days out in Corn wall & Devon. Nearby Homeleigh garden centre great for all day breakfast & lunch plus great little farm shop. Would highly recommend staying here!
Shannon-Elise
Just got home from a 5 night stay for my husbands 30th birthday. Can not complain about anything! Everything was perfect. From the little detail of scones & milk to the views. The owners are lovely and really do go the extra mile to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Would 100% recommend this place and hope to return.
Rebecca
One of the nicest places we have stayed. Hot Tub was very popular with teenage children and supplying robes was a very welcome and thoughtful touch. Beautiful scenery and spacious and warm accommodation. Hosts were very welcoming
Abdul
A roomy and comfortable barn conversion. Kitchen was suitable equipped and we liked the scones, jam, cream and milk to greet us on our arrival. Ample areas to walk the dogs, though were a bit muddy as had been wet for some time. On the point of dogs, we were supplied with two dog beds, towels, bowls and treats. The hot tub was fine though could hav e been a bit warmer. Also, barns with hot tubs had robes supplied. Was able to make good use of the Pod Point EV charging stations. An enjoyable stay.
