Trecorras Cottage Reviews

Helen
Trecorras Cottage is a truly special gem of a place and we love staying there so much so that we have made return visits which have been just as enjoyable. The house is spotlessly clean, well equipped and a wonderful place to relax and escape. There are plenty of lovely walks in the area and good local shopping. The owners are friendly and helpful but not intrusive it is important to them that people staying in the property enjoy their stay.
Emma
The cottage was amazing and the scenery was picturesque. We had a lovely time here. The local area was very pretty and there are lots of activities to do. The owners also provided a lot of options for eating out etc which we really appreciated. It was lovely to stay on a farm and experience the setting.
Caroline
A very clean, comfortable and well equipped cottage with beautiful views. A real home from home feeling.

Grateful thanks to the owners who take great care with all aspects of maintaining & improving the quality of wonderful Trecorras Cottage. This is the only property that we have retuned to in many years of self catering holidays that really says it all.

Excellent cottage, one of the best we have stayed in. Very comfortable and clean and well presented. The views are amazing. The hosts were great and there if needed. The area has so much to do, walking, castles, abbeys, shopping, water activities. We would love to go again. Thank you
Lionel
Views are beautiful. Quiet, peaceful location. Comfortable, clean & well appointed. We had a great week, helped by good weather. Hosts had kindly left some essential goodies, including cracking Victoria sponge.
Peter
Lovely relaxing break. The view from the cottage and garden was beautiful. The cottage had a lovely homely feel and was clean and comfortable. The garden was large and enclosed except for one gate that would benefit from fencing being nailed to it so small dogs are unable to get through it. Symonds Yat is well worth a visit, absolutely stunning vie ws from view point. We used the local farm shop and the produce was very good and staff very friendly.
Frances
Wonderful relaxing holiday. Cottage spacious and comfortable. Safe for dogs and children. Clean and well equipped. Location just what we were looking for to have a slower pace of life but still gives you access to towns and places of interest. Would definitely recommend.
Sean
The is cottage is superbly located with an enclosed garden in which dogs can play freely. The cottage itself is very well appointed - is very comfortable with wonderful views. In fact I would go so far as to say probably the nicest I have stayed in.
Lucy
Very well equipped, comfortable cottage with incredible views. Games room a real bonus for the kids. Interesting things to do a short drive away, but it was hard to tear ourselves away from just hanging around the lovely house and garden. The fire pit was enjoyed in the evenings and while the hot tub was less of our thing, it was fun for one night. Thank you for a great family break and the most relaxing of holidays.
Maureen
Lovely surprise on arrival at the cottage finding a lovely Victoria sponge plus the essentials of tea, coffee, sugar etc., to help you relax after your journey. Lovely bedrooms, bathrooms, shower rooms, with extremely comfortable lounge, sun lounge, and dining room all three giving you a perfect view of the countryside.
Hannah
One of the best luxurious cottages we have ever booked. We book about 3 a year and this one was just perfect. Great for the dogs with paths and fields running for miles directly from the cottage. Views from every window that are stunning. Watching the fabulous sunset and sunrise from the cottage was something special. Very well equipped, very comfo rtable and beautifully decorated with some fabulous ornaments and paintings. The owner was so helpful. We loved it. Nothing negative to say.
Matt
Beautifully decorated and presented property, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Difficult to think of anything that could be improved and touches like the hot tub just bring that little bit of extra luxury!
Jonathan
